Abdominoplasty I can't stress enough how lovely, caring and professional everyone at this hospital is. I had an abdominoplasty 4 days ago and I was very nervous about it all since I never had surgery or general anaesthesia before in my life. The surgeon was incredibly helpful and professional, always explaining everything step by step with a smile in his face to successfully put me at ease. I had my surgery with Dr Rochira on the 19th Jan 2023. I had my initial consultation with him in October 2022 and he was very approachable and very professional. He outlined his expectations and as I had done my research prior I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. His goal is to keep you looking natural with a nose that suits your face, in comparison to some surgeons I’ve seen who place the same nose onto every patient. The whole process was smooth from start to end. I was so nervous about the surgery on the day but the care I received was fantastic. I am now 3 months post-op and I can easily say I’d do it again if I had to. The bruising was pretty much none existent and there was very minimal swelling. No pain whatsoever, just an uncomfortable sensation like when you have a bad cold. My advice would be to do your research beforehand and you’ll be prepared for the results after the cast comes off. I knew I would be swollen at first and it wouldn’t be the final result. 3 months later and my nose fits my face and it frames my whole face so much better. Healing takes up to a year so I am not finished with my journey yet, but I am beyond happy with my result. My self-esteem and confidence have increased hugely thanks to Dario and I’ll forever be grateful. I used to be obsessed with my nose in a negative way, I hated my side profile and when I smiled my nose would droop down. Now I’m obsessed in a different way and I can’t believe it’s my nose. Anyone worried about getting this procedure that wants it done, Dario will look after you and create a better version of yourself. Having had upper and lower blepharoplasty three years ago with a different consultant from the North East, I was left with embarrassing cosmetic appearance, persistent pain, and low esteem. I visited various consultants on the NHS for different opinions but with no real success. A friend then suggested Moorfields Hospital, and looking online, I chose this option. From my first visit to see him until the present time, I have in no way been disappointed. I found him to be very approachable and sympathetic. He successfully performed revision surgery on both my eyes. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the end result. My friend and I came to see Mr Waseem Saeed in London. He was extremely professional, courteous and considerate. I wish I had gone to him for my primary rhinoplasty because I wouldn’t have gotten botched. Mr Saeed took the time to study my friend’s operative report unlike another well-known surgeon on Harley Street who charges over £11k for a rhinoplasty and who can’t be bothered to study operative reports. This particular Harley street surgeon actually botched me! I hope Mr Saeed can fix my nose. I recommend you see Mr Saeed. I don’t think you can find a kinder and more professional surgeon. It is obvious he has not chosen a career in plastic surgery purely for money. He does a lot of charity and humanitarian work which I did not know previously. Treatment was done under 20 minutes, hardly any pain and great natural look afterwards. l went for the non surgical nose job. Dr was very informative and went through the whole process professionally, will definitely be coming again. Clinic right by Oxford street, great care when you walk in all the workers are friendly and great calming atmosphere for when your waiting even if your nervous.
