I would like to start this by thanking Mr Khalid Ali and also his surgery staff for doing the nose operation and the hard work that they all put into making my nose just how it looks today and even going ahead with the surgery due to how complicated it was. Thank you so much for working on me for so many hours and making my nose look perfect, I would like to thank Mr Ali for even touching my nose in the first place as without him I wouldn’t even be writing this. Mr Ali’s recommendation was to do a procedure called an open approach septo-rhinoplasty, using the graft of cartilage from my ear to repair and support my nose. I must admit I have never been so scared in my life to put so much trust into someone before, but honestly I really wouldn't look back to regret having such a big operation and the risks we all took by saying yes. I really thought my nose was at a point of no repair but Mr Ali used his time and expertise to give me a "life changing operation." On the day of the operation, I never expected to wake up and see what I saw. I came out of surgery many hours later and went to see my family, who all looked shocked and were crying, so I began to say "Can I have a mirror so I can see what you’re all looking at." My mum passed me a mirror and even though you couldn’t see much apart from a bandage I knew I finally had the perfect nose I had waited so, so long for, I couldn't even keep the tears back. Ever since I had this operation I have been so much more confident in myself with the way I look. I finally have a perfect nose, one that I have waited so long for and I really couldn’t be any happier with the results of the work that Mr Ali has achieved. I’m honestly so grateful to you Mr Ali. My nose is so perfect and lovely and straight and I really would never have thought this would have ever been achieved, but I really do have Mr Ali and his wonderful team to thank. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.

After being insecure about my nose for most of my life I booked a consultation with Mr Khalid Ali and it was the best decision I have made. I was insecure about the bump on my nose and it was wide from the front profile too. I also had breathing problems with a deviated septum. I did extensive research and he stood out massively among the rest for his experience, qualifications and of course his amazing reviews!From the moment I stepped in his office for my consultation I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in capable hands. My consultation made me feel excited and confident that he was the surgeon who would fix my life-long issues. His ability to look at me and immediately tell me what he could do to fix my nose filled me with hope. I was so confident in him that I booked my surgery just a couple days later. I was willing to travel the 11 hour round trip.My surgery was at First Trust in Preston and the staff were all so lovely and made me feel comfortable. Mr Ali came to see me just before surgery to go over what I was getting done. He also came to see me after surgery and assured me the surgery went very well.When I left hospital I could already see the difference in my side profile even with a cast on which I was so excited about. I felt no pain during recovery just a little uncomfortable which is expected. The swelling and bruising on my face and around my eyes reduced a lot after just 4-5 days and surprisingly wasn’t sore.When I returned to see Mr Ali for my cast removal 8 days later I was totally overwhelmed with my result and I cried (haha). The results were amazing and better than I could’ve expected at this stage. Mr Ali was very pleased with the result too. I’m now almost 4 weeks post surgery and have never felt so confident, and this is even with my nose still having slight swelling. Mr Khalid Ali has changed my life and this is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Mr Ali is the best surgeon around I had rhinoplasty with him and I am so happy with my results. He is a lovely man and a top surgeon I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about the surgery he is the best around. The whole rhinoplasty journey with Mr Khalid Ali has been amazing From the first consultation I felt confident and well informed about the surgery, all of my many questions were answered with great detail and Mr Khalid Ali made sure I was satisfied with everything and understood the next steps, which always fills you with confidence for such a bit thing like surgery.When it came to surgery day all worries were reassured and everything went really well. Two weeks later with getting my cast off I am already so thrilled with the results and I still have to swell to go down! Could not recommend him more. Overall amazing experience.

I had been considering a rhinoplasty procedure for over 10 years and have done tones of research I kept coming back to Dr Ali.My experience with Dr Ali has been exceptional. I had my initial consultation in November and the surgery was arranged for December. All appointments went smoothly and from the get-go, he knew what I wanted. I felt no pressure to get the surgery done unlike many other surgeons out there. He straight away asked me what I wanted, listened and said yes this can be done. Following my surgery at Harley Street London, I was taken care of well and surprisingly had no pain what so ever. I am now 3 weeks post-op, my cast off one week ago and the swelling has gone down considerably. I can see the changes in my nose every day and loving the result (although there's still a long way to go). I asked for my nose to be kept natural and did not want a drastic change, Dr Ali kept to his word and delivered the results. I couldn't be happier. I trusted Dr Ali throughout the whole process and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Dr Ali for anyone considering a rhinoplasty procedure. I feel so much more confident and cannot thank him enough. Thank you once again! 😃

I did a great deal of research into surgeons before deciding on Dr Ali for my rhinoplasty procedure. This was definitely the right decision, he was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout, seeing me very quickly and performing the surgery within a few weeks of the initial consultation. He provided his own experience and knowledge to create a nose which fits my face very well. His communication was excellent even responding on Christmas Eve and phoning me on Boxing Day. I had little bruising which was gone completely after 12 days and no pain at all. I would highly recommend Dr Ali to anyone who is looking for a surgeon for a rhinoplasty.

Couldn’t have asked for somebody better, I was nervous at first as I have never had any sort of operation. I broke my nose over 10 years ago and then went through two failed procedures with the NHS to correct the damage. I went to multiple ENT specialists who would not treat me due to too much scarring. After my initial consultation with Dr Ali I felt assured almost instantly that Dr Ali was the surgeon for me. I underwent open septorhinoplasty and I'm now 6 months post surgery.
