Hi my name is Dr Prashant and I want to welcome you to my clinic Reforme Medical.

We are based in Cardiff in the UK and are registered with the Health Inspectorate of Wales, as a Day Surgery, Independent Hospital.

I am a double board-certified Plastic Surgeon, having got my local and national degrees in Plastic Surgery in India, more than 25 years ago.

Given my experience in both surgical and non-surgical beauty treatments, I can give you a balanced advice about which treatments are best suited to your particular needs.

Your journey with us starts with your consultation, where I make sure that I get to hear what problems you want to address.

I think that the biggest difference we offer is communication, I spend a lot of time listening to you and after a careful analysis, I spend an equally long time explaining what my plan for you is, making sure you understand all the pros and cons of the treatment.

I believe the reason we have more than 300, 5* reviews on Google is to do with how much effort we put in making sure that we have designed the right plan, and that the patient has fully understood the nature of the treatment and its results.

Skin Tag Removal

I recently had quite a few skin tags removed at the reformed clinic by Dr Prashant. He explained everything about the procedure and aftercare very thoroughly. He made me feel relaxed during the procedure, making sure I was okay. He even contacted me the day after to check if I had any symptoms or problems. He also gave me advice about how to protect my skin even though that wasn’t part of the consultation. I would highly recommend Dr Prashant and his team to anyone who may be thinking about using this clinic.

Dentist Consultation

Dr Prashant and the team at Reforme were fab with a recent cyst removal of mine. I'd struggled to find somewhere that could remove scalp cysts locally to me, and Reforme was the closest. I was able to get my initial consultation done virtually, which was really helpful as it saved me a 3-hour round trip to get to the clinic. The procedure itself was quick with minimal discomfort, and the aftercare was amazing. I'd highly recommend Reforme for anyone needing any procedures. Thank you.

I am so pleased with my experience of having two pilar cysts removed from my scalp. One week on, both wounds are healing nicely and not painful at all. I wish I'd done this years ago. Absolutely amazing clinic and people! I previously went to another clinic before finding Reforme and I am so glad that I didn’t settle for the first one because the difference to my overall experience with Reforme in comparison was exceptional! Labiaplasty

I recently had a labiaplasty done at reforme medical with Dr Prashant. The clinic and staff were extremely welcoming and professional. They allowed ample opportunity for questions pre, during and post-surgery. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared about what I wanted to achieve. The clinic itself is spotless clean and I felt extremely comfortable in their care. Dr Prashant and his team were always contactable when I needed them and the aftercare has been second to none. The overall cost of the treatment I felt was good value and there was no hidden costs. There was no pressure following my consultation and they make sure that you take time to think about your options. I am so pleased with the results and I cannot thank the team enough! Dermal Fillers

Arrived at clinic in timely manner. Was greeted by girls in reception. Very efficient and helpful. Also they were young but friendly which was a breath of fresh air! The treatment I had was fillers. It was carried out in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The doctor explained everything. The treatment was fantastic. Little pain! Will return!!
