Very nice work. would recommend to other North Americans without hesitation. Reasonable cost with superior results. What we were most impressed with was the thorough examination before the surgery and the follow-up visit to the hotel during recovery.

The entire process was as smooth and as clear to me as it could have been. Dr Giap and the team went out of their way to make sure every detail was considered. This included the price, booking my surgery, pre-surgical instructions, the night before the phone call, the day of surgery prep and home instructions. I had a great experience the entire time and it truly was a 5-star service. I love my end result because it turned out better then I could have ever hoped for.

I had upper eyelid surgery to remove excess sagging skin, at the consultation, Dr Giap recommended also having lower eye surgery at the same time. I'm glad he did because it has made a huge difference ie no more bags or puffiness under my eyes anymore. Dr Giap explained these both as simple procedures. I was having another procedure under general anaesthetic so Dr Giap performed the surgery on my eyes at the same time. When I awoke I was really shocked to see my bruised and swollen eyes and face which I was not expecting to look that bad. I was told that this usually subsides in 4-6 weeks but the time can vary as each person heals differently. It is now approximately 8 weeks since my surgery, I no longer have swelling on my left eye and the bruising at the top of my left cheek has almost faded away however my right eye has taken longer to heal. There is still noticeable bruising on the top of my right cheek which even makeup can't disguise and puffiness towards the corner under my right eye which I hope will go away soon. Apart from that the result is great, very natural, has really opened up my eyes and given me a more youthful appearance. I feel I have had a great experience and the outcome has been a success. The aftercare was also very good from the moment I woke up from surgery. The team provided excellent care which made me feel well looked after. Dr Giap has been very responsive to any of my questions and concerns both pre and post-surgery checkups. I am now getting comments from friends saying there is something different about my appearance and that I look much younger. When I tell them about my surgery they can't believe it as there is a barely visible scar on my upper eyelid and one small scar towards the lower corner of my left eye which I'm told will completely fade away in time. The removal of the stitches from my eyes was more painful than I thought it would be so I needed to have a local anaesthetic applied for the nurse to be able to continue removing my stitches. This has been the only pain I experienced. I am also satisfied with the cost of both procedures although I did get a couple of cheaper quotes because I am already a patient at Dr Hung & Associates I preferred to put my trust in them as I already have confidence in their skills from past experience. I highly recommend Dr Giap and his team. I am sure that I will be referring business from my contacts to him in the near future because they have seen how successful my surgery has been. Great care and attention are given from the very friendly team at this clinic. I am always made to feel very looked after, they have my best interests at heart and will go the extra mile. Dr Hung is a very professional hands-on leader, so you feel confident in his expert hands and guiding of his experienced team in terms of your treatments. All of the staff are very warm and friendly to all the patients although language can be a real barrier. Especially when you want to know more details and you are not properly understood or fully understand what has been explained. I grew very fond of the driver who would collect me and drop me off at my apartment after clinic visits. I had this same pleasant experience with the previous driver the year before. So I fully commend the clinic on the selection of their drivers and for offering this service to their patients, even though neither drivers spoke English and I knew no Vietnamese the drivers were always very accommodating furthering a great all-around experience. In addition, the clinic is very clean, professional and fully equipped with the latest technology. So you immediately feel you have chosen professionals who know their business. Pricing is mostly reasonable too.
