South Dublin Counselling and Psychological Services is a private practice staffed by qualified Counselling Psychologists who provide pscyhological assessment, consultation and psychotherapeutic services to adults, children, couples and families. Our Clinics are located in the South Dublin area and we also provide an Online Video Therapy Clinic for those clients who would prefer this option or find it difficult to access our Clinics located in South Dublin. Our integrative therapeutic practice includes both Cognitive Behavioural, Emotion Focussed and Mindfulness based approaches to therapy which have been shown to be very helpful to clients, particularly those experiencing life challenges such as,
