We encourage the development of effective problem-solving skills to help individuals reach their true potential and begin the process of self-awareness, acceptance, and change.
We believe that no two people are exactly alike, which means treatments are tailored to the individual through a Humanistic Integrative Approach. Our therapists use evidence-based methods and are trained to a Master's level. We attend regular supervision in order maintain the highest standard of care.
