Offering private and safe space to explore and address issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, loss and grief, LGBT issues, low self-esteem, abuse and other difficulties which may affect mental health and well-being.

Jo holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, IACP recognised. Her approach is Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, where experiences are explored from a holistic viewpoint. Elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), psychodynamics, bodywork, developmental psychology, existential psychotherapy and a person-centred method are used in her approach. Jo believes in psychoeducation and nourishment; enabling and empowering others to understand and narrate their own lives. The aim of therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to achieve autonomy at their own pace.
