I have learnt so much from her beautiful well-written posts on Instagram. Her passion for therapy and helping others really comes through.
Thank you for such kindness Millie. I really appreciate it.
I have been a client of Sarah's for two years now. I was going through a very dark time when we began and felt very isolated and alone. I was met in a very warm and welcoming way, with zero judgements. I found it very safe to share and explore. I would highly recommend her practice as it helped me through some of the darkest moments in my life. A light.
Sarah is an excellent therapist with a very empathetic nature and the ability to hold space in a safe way. I am so glad I found her and continue to work with her gladly. Highly recommended.
I've known her online work for a few months, and all the content has somehow helped me know myself better and the talks and subjects brought were valuable to initiate them with my therapist and guided my therapy sessions. The content is very didactic, and the written material, super well done, which indicates the same qualities on the writer. The only reason that kept me from knowing her in person is an oceanic distance.
I follow Sarah’s account on Instagram and it is game-changing. The information shared is always so valid, whether I recognize it in myself or in loved ones. I thought I knew all the reasons I “am the way I am.” However, this account enables me to really take a closer look at my emotions and actions and see them within a new, more knowledgeable way. It has also helped me better understand why other’s in my life may think or do things a certain way. I might just have to book an international flight for the opportunity to witness such compassion and understanding first hand!
I went to Sarah for short term talk therapy. Initially, I was nervous but I soon felt comfortable and free to talk about everything without fearing judgement or patronization. I wanted answers from someone, but in a short space of time, I learned that isn't what therapy is about. It’s about finding the answers in myself, with the therapist helping you and guiding you there. Thank you for everything.
I've been a client of Sarah's for some time now. Through our sessions, I have felt heard, safe, empowered and challenged. Her passion for mental health shines through.
I have been following Sarah on Instagram for the past few months, her content and the topics she has covered have helped me so much. Everything is so easy to understand, and I have found it invaluable. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so very much Rhianne.
