Pre sales was good but then never heard from them again

Gastric Balloon

I opted to go with this clinic for my gastric balloon. The pre sales service was good and everything happened as planned when I travelled to Brussels for the procedure. However, as soon as i paid them on arrival, they checked me into the belgian hospital and i have never heard from them again. Everything was meant to be paid for but i also now have the belgian hospital chasing me for a further 100 euros!It has now been over 12 months since i had the gastric balloon put in and i have never heard from them once......i have had to get the balloon taken out on the NHS! Dear Stuart, Each month we organize aftercare clinics in Bangor for all our patients. We didn't see you once there for advice, diets,weight control, follow-up.... We can't force patients to come but it is up to you to make use of this Free aftercare service. The extraction of the balloon is even included in our price but you need to contact us and not the other way around. I regret we 've to hear from you this way as we're the only organisation that actually come to your home country to organize follow-up.The 100€ is an administration fee that you don't need to pay for as this was post to you accidently. Gastric Bypass

mini gastric-bypass and gall bladder removal An excellent experience to date. I was contacted very quickly by the surgeon and offered a face-to-face meeting within a few days at a clinic in Bangor. I met the surgeon who was spoke perfect English and explained everything to me in great detail and answered my many questions thoroughly. Together we chose the best procedure to meet my particular needs. This meeting was not rushed, in fact I was with him for nearly an hour, but more importantly I did not feel in any way persuaded or pushed into making any decisions immediately, rather I was asked to take time and reflect before getting back to him. I feel very comfortable I have made the right decision to have surgery at the clinic in Belgium, I have confidence in the surgeon and although I could perhaps get the procedure cheaper at an eastern European country, I feel the price is well worth paying a little extra for superior care.

Gastric Bypass

Mini gastric bypass My treatment went absolutely perfectly. The care I received was second to none, no faults or flaws at all. I had 2 supporters who travelled with me who were also put up in the hotel and transferred from airport to hotel. The staff at this clinic were excellent and so friendly and I seriously don't think I would have received this level of care at home. I had the mini gastric bypass which, to date, I am pleased with. I honestly could not rate Belgium Surgery Services high enough on the scale as it would be well above it. Just excellent all round and very pleased with pre and post surgery.
