Gastric Balloon

I read about the gastric balloon procedure on Tonic's website. It was good to meet with the surgeon however as there was quite a lot of other information, he provided, that was not on the website, e.g. the different types of balloon and the fact that he recommended general anesthetic for this.I found this clinic on WhatClinic. I phoned them up and thereafter, through email contact, arranged an initial appointment. The clinic was easy to find and welcoming, and the staff were equally welcoming and informative.

Gastric Sleeve

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

Gastric Band

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my surgery from Tonic. From the moment I rang up about a gastric band, they were lovely helpful and reassuring. They made me laugh and not feel bad about myself. It has been 12 weeks after my operation and I have lost 6 stone. I feel amazing about myself. Tonic has phoned me every day for a few weeks, and now once a week with support and advice. The girls are all lovely. Dr. Sutton and Emma were really nice and supportive during my stay at the BMI Park Hospital. If you are thinking of having the surgery go for it. It has changed my life completely. Amazing, I am so pleased with the level of service I have received from TONIC. I highly recommend them.

Gastric Balloon

I had a consultation over the phone and I was happy with my surgeon and the info he provided. The surgery was 7 days later in Derby. The aftercare hasn't been what I expected and unfortunately, I did not have the support I had hoped for. The surgeon was great though and helpful at my follow-up appointments on Harley street. The Hospital was fantastic but the aftercare was a bit of a letdown from the dietician and psychotherapist side.

Well, what can I say I went for my first consultation, I received a warm welcome as soon as I went through the door. The staff are very friendly, I felt like I knew them for years.Then I met my consultant Dr Sutton what a lovely man, he explained everything inside and out I didn’t have to ask any questions as the questions were as answered before I’d even ask them.Can’t wait to have my surgery with Tonic, I'm feeling so relaxed and excited. Fantastic. I felt so valued and listened to.

I went for Gastric Bypass Surgery and am extremely happy and satisfied with my treatment and service. I really pleased with how everything panned out. It was real value for treatment. I've had after care treatment with the clinic and everything is going well thus far. I ma happy. I would rate them 10. I chose the Tonic Weight Loss Surgery Harley Street because I saw the feedback and great review they had online. I was extremely impressed with the treatment I got and the general service and clinic facilities. Hence my ending up making the decision to take up my treatment with this clinic and not the other's I had considered.

The treatment went very well and the care I have received was and is fantastic. My only regret is that I didn't have this procedure many years ago. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort for about 3 weeks after but I expected that and I still do have a little discomfort from time to time in my left shoulder and port sight but I consider this a very small price to pay seeing as I feel much better, fitter (especially now I have taken up jogging) and so much more confident. When I had the immediate pain I didn't see it as a negative but a little price to pay for what I perceived, hoped and have benefited. I know that it is not completely fool proof and the outcome is not always 100% successful but from my experience I am one very happy client and hope there are so many more people that are very happy with what they have been through or are considering going through. I can't recommend tonic weight loss enough and also spire hospital at Leicester. The before and after care at tonic is great and there is always someone to speak to if you need to.

Decided to ring about having surgery with Tonic in May 2021, as have googled the company lots and their reviews are very good. I rang Tonic and spoke to Paula Warwick there, I honestly couldn't ask for anything else from her, she was informative helpful, never pushy to sign, and was always there to ring if I had a question, and I definitely rang a lot with questions. She recommended Dr Sherif Awad for the surgery, in which was told he's appeared on TV and is on youtube explaining everything about the procedures, there was very interesting and educational and told prices on everything that gets done at This surgeon Dr Awad comes with 100% recommendations from myself I had the surgery due to him ringing me personally to chat asking questions, and explained everything down to the last detail. He stays involved all through the process, even coming to seeing you on the day of surgery to seeing if you have any questions. I have had no complications, not a lot of pain nothing I'm healing well-loosing weight and very happy with Dr Awad. He comes highly recommended by me. So go on if you are thinking about it you will not regret it. I wish I'd done it 10 years ago.
