Gastric Sleeve

I had a gastric sleeve operation with Tonic last July. The operation was very successful and after 9 months I have now reached my goal weight and am already at the stage where I don't want to lose any more weightMy journey after the operation was not easy but the staff at Tonic were with me all the way and I always had excellent access to support from my surgeon. He would see me without any delay or get back to me over the phone when appropriate.The staff at Tonic are all friendly, professional and helpful. They listen and go out of their way to understand what you are going through and will always get back to you when they say they will. Support was there after my operation every day without fail and it helped me to use my gastric sleeve properly to lose weight. I spoke to a nurse, dietician, fitness instructor and psychologist when I needed to.The best support I had however was from the friendships I have formed and I know that no matter what Tonic will always be there for me.

Gastric Sleeve

I Approached Kay at Tonic weight loss in July 2014 for a sleeve gastrectomy. I was made an appointment with Mr Christopher Sutton who is the weight loss surgeon. I can't fault anything from day one to now I have had all the support I need and more , there is always someone for me to contact and I have grown very fond of the Tonic team and Chris Sutton. A lot of people think the most important thing is the surgery but with surgery like this the aftercare is just as important . There are times I've been needing someone to talk to and have called Kay on many occasions . They have a team of highly qualified professionals including a dietician, phsycologist and personal trainer so you will always get the correct answer to any questions you have . I cannot rave highly enough about Tonic weight loss and Chris Sutton. I started my journey weighing 19stone with a bmi of 40 I'm now 10st 13lb and my bmi is 22. I don't speak to the team as often now but they are still there for me when I need them . There is no way I would have been this successful if I had of gone for another surgeon or through another company . All I can say is thank you to Chris , Kay and everyone else at Tonic weight loss you have truly helped me turn my life around .

Gastric Sleeve

I had the Gastric Sleeve operation with Mr. Chris Sutton in Nottingham (BMI Park Hospital). After a thorough consultation with the doctor and one of the Tonic team (Lauren), I felt really at ease and the hospital was lovely. After seeing other hospitals, clinics and doctors I knew I'd chosen the right place to go for my weight loss surgery. Lauren went through all of the aftercare and support that Tonic provide, dietician, personal trainer and psychotherapist as well as a car to collect me on the day of my surgery - it was all such a stress-free process. I'm now 6 stone down with 2 to go for my target and couldn't be happier with all the care and support I have received. Thank you, Tonic and Mr. Sutton. Very professional and friendly - great information given.

Gastric Bypass

Having had a gastric band fitted 9 years ago (by a company that has to use "Z" listers to advertise their services,) had a terrible service they took my money and didn't give a dam.. Unfortunately the band had to be removed under an emergency operation... My weight started to balloon, hence the decision to have the full gastric bypass.. I started to look for a surgeon.. By the joy of the internet I booked a consultation and ended up back at the original company.. But thought hay ho they may have improved... What a disaster they are equally as bad... So in my search came across Tonic booked an appointment in Harley Street London just around the corner from the previous consultants.. And I have to say I thought what the hell I will go along with the gut feeling as I had had and thought it was going to be the same up their own backside and money grabbing ... What a total different experience. I met Chris Sutton, the surgeon, straight away. He went through everything explained all the good and the bad. He really had my interests at heart then it was off to see Kay. Well what an experience it was so relaxing so enjoyable.. To the fact that my partner came with me and he was dead against me having the operation to him saying that is the one... I am booked into have my gastric bypass on the 22nd November 2014, and with Kay she has made it an exciting journey nothing is to much trouble everything is on hand.. The dietician nurse and fitness guru all have contacted me what a service.. So far I am so happy and I know the results are going to be fantastic..

I am extremely pleased with the result after my surgery. Everything that was explained to me was exactly what happened. I have no after ill effect. My treatment was based around safety, comfort, support and understanding.The price quoted was exactly what I had to pay. Thank you for your care.

Tummy Tuck

Had tummy tuck done. My experience with the clinic was good. Went to park hospital, was not far from where I live saying that I did get lost the first time. It's was one night stay. Staff was brilliant very helpful and not forgetting the consultant Mr Smith, he was very good. I chose Tonic clinic because I didn't have to travel to London or Manchester. Before Tonic I did go to a different clinic which advised me that I will have to travel to London and it was one night stay and I had to make my own way to London and back which I couldn't. Tonic clinic provided the transport, collecting and dropping which I thought was very good
