Arrived home 1 hour ago from having a gastric sleeve with B&GHealth Clinic. The whole experience was fantastic. The surgeon Dr Erdem Nalbant is a very experienced surgeon, he's a lovely man. Great experience and such kind, lovely, caring people.

"Everything was well planned and the staff were lovely"

From the moment I made contact, I knew I was in good hands. Aurelija was my main contact and answered emails quickly and efficiently and on arrival last week everything had been perfectly planned for me, from pick up to COVID test, blood, ECG etc. The clinic is modern and immaculate, it was pictures that I saw when researching that made me choose this clinic, as well as their very friendly Facebook group and reviews. Flying overseas for such a big op isn’t what I would have initially chosen but it was half the price of the UK, with a surgeon I had enormous confidence in and a clinic cleaner than any you would find in the UK.Meeting the surgeon and the anaesthetist the day before adds to the reassurance, as does the non-judgementally welcome from when you walk in.I was incredibly nervous on surgery day, again, everything was well planned and the staff were lovely. I had the gastric sleeve and when I came round I felt incredibly sick but was given lots of anti-sickness drugs and plenty of reassurance. I stayed 2 nights in the most comfortable hospital bed and received 1st class care (plus a few laughs) during this time. I’m now 5 days out and fly back home tomorrow, I cannot express how delighted I am with Nord.

Today I can say am completely a different person and all of this with the help of Dr. Kesler and his team. I did the gastric sleeve a year and 7 months ago and from 123ks I am 60ks and I feel more healthy and happier. I would recommend Dr Kesler and his team all the way because they helped me a lot and till today still do they treat you like a family and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️

From start to finish the communication and organisation are beyond reproach. British clinics could learn alot about how to treat patients and not perceive them as cash cows. So to Ilva and the staff a huge vote of confidence and a great appreciation of professional attitude and service and ALWAYS with a smile.

"I can't wait to reach the final results"

I had gastric sleeve surgery, Dr. Onur Pesluk was great, everything was explained and great care and attention were taken. Before the operation, many tests( blood tests, gastroscopy, cardiologic examination) are performed to ensure you are well for the operation The hospital is very clean, modern and comfortable. The nurses and staff are hard-working, sometimes the language is a problem especially at night time when you are alone with a nurse, but usually, everything was understood and they do everything to make you comfortable.

I went to Ekol Hospital for checkups and the international team, Doctor`s, nurses and translators were extremely kind and helpful at every stage. Followups and aftercare is pretty good to be honest. Definitely a right choice in Izmir, Tukrey comparing to other hospitals and clinics.

I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately.Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great.And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation.As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.

Professor Senapati provides first class care. Bariatric surgery is wonderful and life-changing. The nursing, nutrition and physio staff at Alexandra hospital are first class. The aftercare is first class as well. It's very good value.
