The facialist was good and treated me well. though it is quite far from home but i still go there because they are quite affordable and they always have promos. The only thing is sometimes when you want to relax you can't really relax because of other customers being so loud, all in all it is a good experience.

The Wrinkle removal consultation I received from the NDI Aesthetics clinic went very well and I was very happy with service and client care I was shown by the clinic, I was given no complications whatsoever. My mother and I went to the spa for full body scrubs and oil massages and brow tattoos. The site showed competitive prices compared to nearby spas. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered even better deals on services than what was advertised on the site. If I go back to Phuket I would return to this spa.

I just brought my niece here to get her very first facial treatment. The price is reasonable and treatment was ok. One thing to highlight here is, the first lady greeted us was seemed not sincere, with a kind of fake smile on her face. It really made me feeling uncomfortable. The way she served me was so so, I asked one question, she answered one... not a proper way introduce me about your clinic and your packages. Kind of frustrating... I was not very happy with it. Remark that, I am first time customer, even though the way she offered her service was not rude, but it was totally not sincere at all. I was glad when there was another lady came up to us and she was the one doing treatment for my niece. Compared to the elder, this lady was nice and friendly, with a sincere smile on her face and she answered all my questions in a sincere way too. I have no offend with the clinic, just the way the ladies serving customers that does a matter to me. That's it. I will give my full praise to the latter lady who is professional, friendly and also helpful. Please take note that, all my rating below is direct to the latter lady. I will give my satisfaction based on her service, it would definitely not for the first who greeted us.

We are still in the process of using this clinic. Lauren's skin has shown some improvement which is good for her own well being. Price was very fair although the clinic is in Birkenhead in not the best area. We are hoping to have 4 treatments in total and whilst probably not clearing her skin completely helping it a lot.

My treatment was £50 as I got just a scar filled in on one eyebrow. It was quite painful despite a lot of numbing cream. It did fade quite a bit but I am happy as it looks a lot better than before the treatment. The clinic and the lady who looked after me was very helpful, she offered it for £50 which does seem expensive for just a scar, however other places nearby offered it for a ridiculous £200 or more. I am happy with the service, I am just a bit sad that my skin didn't heal as well as I would have liked it to.

Face looking much better. Less spider veins. Will still need about another week for results to be fully realised. Will probably have to have follow-up treatment. Friendly owner and staff.
