I had a Brazilian wax done in July 16, for hygiene purposes (as shaving was causing ingrown hair). Anticipated a painful experience being my 1st time. Both owner and staff made me feel calm and at ease, and owner explained the process in detail. I got thru the experience feeling good (yes, it was painful for a 1st timer...). But hair growth was fine and slow - so next visit was only in Sept, with lesser pain this time. My 3rd visit was yesterday - after a gap of 5 months, cos I didn't need anything done yet, hair growth was less and pain was manageable. It was over in a jiffy, and I'm really happy with the results!Depending on your threshold... for me my 1st time was the scary part. But the staff kept me engaged, and took my mind off what was going on. She was gentle, yet fast and efficient.No regrets!
