I had an successful IVF in Alpha Fertility Centre after I had failed 2 cycles in other fertility clinics. I think it is because the most experienced fertility specialists with highest success rates comparable to international level, is now in Alpha Fertility Centre. I was under Dr Colin Lee's care. He pointed out, straight to the point of problems with the previous cycles and overcome it for me. I really feel I'm pampered with the care and explanation given by the doctor and other staffs. You can feel they are really want to help you with all their hearts. I had spend 19.5 K in their centre for everything I get. I highly recommend the centre to anybody who need fertility guidance, you'll get the best and specially designed program for you, go for the best centre will save you all the agony you need not to go through...sigh.... After all, I wish all the trying ladies the best chance of pregnancy and a smooth delivery for myself... =)

I travelled to this clinic for IVF treatment. Everything was excellent and I’m pregnant now! This was one of the cheaper clinics I could find and they also corresponded well in English. Think I paid the price listed on their website. I like that the medication was a lot cheaper in Malaysia compared to the States. We could also finish everything in one trip. I’m done with the treatment now, but I still communicate with the clinic via email.

"Managed to have my son at my first IVF attempt"

I had my IVF with Dr Tee. He is a wonderful doctor with great skill. Thanks to him and Ms Lee, the embryologist, with the first IVF attempt, I manage to have my son. Dr Tee is a very patient doctor which is not money minded and he will explain in detail for you. I am very lucky and glad that I have my IVF under him. Metro hospital is a great hospital. It is small, simple, clean and most important it make me feel like at home. All the nurses there are very nice and friendly. I had my C-section there and staying at the single bed room. I get a superb services. It is not a branded 5 stars hospital but the services I get is definitely more than 5 stars.

The reply was speedy while the personnel attending to us at the IVF centre was attentive and solved our concern as soon as they can. It's five stars for me but for my husband its only a 3 because he said the video jammed and making payment at the hospital side is at another building (signage not clear, it was the security Pak Cik that helps him) and takes too long just to pay as the lady handling payment receive no info on how much to charge(or system not working that kind of stuff as she explains to my husband). Still, The IVF centre itself does an excellent job and deal things with us really professionally. We strongly recommend the centre itself but not too sure about the hospital as a whole generally.
