The reply was speedy while the personnel attending to us at the IVF centre was attentive and solved our concern as soon as they can. It's five stars for me but for my husband its only a 3 because he said the video jammed and making payment at the hospital side is at another building (signage not clear, it was the security Pak Cik that helps him) and takes too long just to pay as the lady handling payment receive no info on how much to charge(or system not working that kind of stuff as she explains to my husband). Still, The IVF centre itself does an excellent job and deal things with us really professionally. We strongly recommend the centre itself but not too sure about the hospital as a whole generally. read more
