Jeffrey from Platinum is the man behind my tremendous recovery after a spinal injury. He is undoubtedly the best in what he does in physio treatment. He personally has lifted up my believe to keep achieving in my recovery beyond any situations. Two years after a car accident that injured my shoulder, and finding limited improvement from various therapies, I decided to make one more attempt and came in to see Physiotherapist in Pain Paralysis Ipoh. I was glad I did.Sam took time assessing my injury and how it has impacted my life. That is one of the things that makes Sam such a wonderful physiotherapist, is that he has the skills – and takes the time – to diagnosis his patient’s injury. From there Joe gradually helped me put together a routine of strength training and stretching that over time helped to heal my shoulder and eventually make it stronger.I decided to also work with Sam on another issue I had been troubled with for over 20 years, and had basically decided it was something I would have to live with. Sam was able to help me with that as well and provided me with a great set of exercises so that I can continue to improve over time.I know that without Sam’s help I would not be feeling as good as I do today. Im very happy with the service I have received in Pain Paralysis Ipoh, It is open everyday for me to get treatment and recovery, furthermost best experience in receiving treatment in good place.

5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

Chiu Yen is to put it simply, Amazing. She needles key points, other therapists, either don’t know or think about. Her knowledge is deep. She is gentle to the touch, extremely personable and cares a lot about her patients. I rescheduled my flight home just so I could see her a second time. My body thanked me. My mind thanked me and my soul was ecstatic. My only regret, I could not take her with me.

"The pain did not come back"

I had severe back pain for a few weeks due to a sports injury. I contacted Mr Upedesh for a further check up. He is well aware of the pain and did a minor treatment on my back. He also advised me to do regular exercise at home. Good thing, the pain did not come back. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone due to his experience and good treatment.

My dad is having his stroke rehabilitation in this clinic. They provide really good service at a reasonable and affordable price. He has had a great time with the physiotherapist and likes the environment of their training centre too. I would strongly recommend this clinic to my friends and anyone who needed a treatment that they provide. Keep up the good work! You guys are doing really good. =) Reasonable price, clean and nice environment, the therapists are very patient and kind, attitude means a lot. strongly recommend. and i'm trying to fill up 200 characters here because I've basically written everything up there. lol.
