Last year I had a dermatologist consultation at this clinic. I found it online and was quite happy with the treatment and service received. There weren’t any problems and the doctor gave me some medication afterwards. Recovery time was also fast.

I had skin tags removed. I was treated by Fiona I had never been there before but felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Fiona was very friendly and professional. She treated my skin tags, which didn't hurt hardly at all telling me exactly what she was going to do. I would not hesitate to visit the Beauty Room again.

I had a Brazilian wax done in July 16, for hygiene purposes (as shaving was causing ingrown hair). Anticipated a painful experience being my 1st time. Both owner and staff made me feel calm and at ease, and owner explained the process in detail. I got thru the experience feeling good (yes, it was painful for a 1st timer...). But hair growth was fine and slow - so next visit was only in Sept, with lesser pain this time. My 3rd visit was yesterday - after a gap of 5 months, cos I didn't need anything done yet, hair growth was less and pain was manageable. It was over in a jiffy, and I'm really happy with the results!Depending on your threshold... for me my 1st time was the scary part. But the staff kept me engaged, and took my mind off what was going on. She was gentle, yet fast and efficient.No regrets!

I had a deep tissue massage today with Zohra and it was absolutely fantastic, the pressure she used was perfect for me. She knew exactly where my back problems were and now I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her and I will certainly book again. Amanda on reception is such a lovely person, I come here every week to use the sunbeds and she always makes me feel so welcome. This salon is a hidden gem. The staff are highly professional and very warm & welcoming to their customers!Five stars as always.

I have been going to see Jen, the owner of Monaco Spa. I always have had great results. She is honest and spends a lot of time explaining what she will be doing. She really cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend this spa. They take covid very seriously and follow all protocols.

Melanie knows her stuff, puts you at ease and teaches you how to look after your skin. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and I will be back for more, treatment room was spotless. Lovely experience and fairly priced.
