A dear family friend suggested I should give this clinic a try to see if they could address some back pain I experienced in a car accident during my youth. I cannot pretend that they totally fixed my issues, but my goodness they have made it feel a lot better than it was, with a great deal less pain for me. Many thanks for your caring service.

It's been life changing. I had so much stress in my life coupled with backache. I needed a new life and a new back. Spiro health practitioners have given me both. I needed to trust my practitioner and they took each session at slow place to begin with. I am now feeling so much better due to the care and attention given to me. They are truly awesome.

"Very brief, friendly staff though and a nice clinic"

I visited the clinic expecting a treatment, only to be told that I would need a £45 X-Ray in order to proceed with treatment. My reflexes and spine were examined briefly but I was out the door in under 15 minutes! Very brief, friendly staff though and a nice clinic.

I was in Florence on vacation, Dr Herms answered my email right away and gave me a great adjustment. I also get treated at home in the states and his adjustment was very thorough. He was also polite and very nice. Would recommend furthermore go to him anytime and tell anyone that asked the same.

I developed plantar fasciitis in November and has done everything and exercises to heal and cure it but all these were to no avail until I came across Compass clinic after 5months. I was not sure what treatment would be best for the issue but went with hope to the clinic. My therapist was very patience and shows a lot of empathy. He was happy to listen to me and advise me the best treatment. Within 3 weeks of the treatment, I can walk properly with no pain. He has programmed aftercare for me which is very helpful. Dr. Devonshire-Essex is a star :-). The receptionist is friendly and efficient. I have always received first class treatment at the Falmouth surgery. Of late I have not required frequent adjustments because of the satisfactory treatment given. Kind regards Dave

I cannot recommend highly enough, as this clinic has helped me live a normal life from being bed ridden with my back to being able to do a labour intensive job. Would go to if needed any problems with backs.
