"The treatment was definitely worth every penny."

I was overwhelmed with lower back pain, numbness and sciatica following an accident at work after which I was hospitalized for five days. After a year of more pain, doctors visits, further hospitalizations, not to mention the massive range of prescribed drugs, I lost my job. In desperation I searched for relief from various sources including acupuncture and gym work, but nothing worked. I was recommended to Optimal Spine near my home.They assessed my problem as hip misalignment and recommended a course of treatment and exercises which I started on their recommendation. Relief from my pain was immediate from the first session with the Chiropractor Michelson Lam. Since attending treatment with Optimal Spine all my pain and symptoms have reduced. I am more optimistic about my future health and job prospects. The treatment was definitely worth every penny. From the very first moment that I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff and their understanding and empathy for my condition. The service provided during the course of my treatment was fully comprehensive, incorporating chiropractic hip realignment, physio and massage, and core muscle exercises. I have not needed any of my medications since I started attending sessions with Optimal Spine. As time goes by, I feel better, physically stronger and I am regaining my confidence.

I have now had a consultation and three treatments and am feeling the benefits from deep muscular massage and spine adjustment. Treatment is ongoing and they are clear about how everyone responds differently. Any questions are always answered clearly

Following a weekend of acute back pain and there being no emergency appointments at the doctors!!! I was recommended to your good selves by a neighbor of my parents. I was able to see a team member on day I phoned. I have had my initial diagnosis with home work and I start my treatment on Friday. What about that for service I will recommend this practice to my family and friends. From start to finish so far so good from the warm welcome of the reception staff to my treatment by Sarah which was thorough and not rushed. I am looking forward to my subsequent visits and if I have problems in the future then the Winchester sports and spine center will be on speed dial.

I suffer from occasional back pain - not generally severe but recurrent. In March, during the lockdown, I suffered a bout of pain in my back and knee that was keeping me awake at night and called the clinic (which I have visited before). A single consultation two days later (with all of the proper safety measures in place) reassured me and massage and exercise have relieved the symptoms. It's a great reassurance to know that I can get an appointment quickly with the person I want to see and get the treatment I need - while enjoying a chat about farming and the cultivation of apple (or was it plum?) trees.

"Helped in assisting to release the pressure on my back"

Wow, what a relief!I went there with the worse back pain sciatica, its not a good injury to have.The chiropractors looked at my spine and posture and according to the pain I was feeling they helped in assisting to release the pressure and allowed me to get back my flexibility and movement again. With specific stretches and treatment together it made the injury heal and I was able to get back to training and to my active lifestyle within 2 weeks of rest and ice compressions and some inflammatory tablets. Which all helped dramatically.I would recommend back to basics chiropractor both the Bexley and the Kogarah branch had amazing staff and helped dramatically in making me heal from my injuries, and gave me a spinal tune up so to speak.It was great relief and at great value. Experience was very relieving and professional in a friendly manner. They are very understanding and always willing to make you feel better. Always professional and friendly at the same time. They are always listening and making sure that you get the best treatment for what you are feeling and that they always make sure if you are feeling better than when you came in earlier. They are always willing to help in every way they can, and if not they always refer you to the right people.As soon as you get there, you are not waiting long for your treatment to take place. They respect the appointment time that you made and you are in and out in no time.

After a sudden unexpected pain on a Sunday morning, all the muscles in my neck locked, I called a Dr who said it was torticollis over the phone and didn't seem overly concerned.One of my colleagues recommended I see a Chiropractor and I was so glad that I did because Sheenagh was able to do a hands-on diagnosis and found a muscle knot in my neck and proceeded to work on it and the surrounding area, explained the condition to me and answered all my questions.After the initial visit, I could feel an instant improvement and after several sessions felt much better. On a personal note, Sheenagh is a lovely person and I couldn't wish for anybody nicer to go to when in need, thank you very much.
