Dental Implants, Extractions

I contacted Jehovah Rapha Dental Centere after arriving in Costa Rica on vacation with my family. We had scheduled appointments with another dental facility, however, after our visit, my husband and I both agreed that it was not a good fit for our family. We began searching, and being a pastor in the U.S., I was naturally drawn to the name (Jehovah Rapha). We were able to get an appointment immediately! It was a very busy time for Dr. Coto, but he agreed to meet with me and my husband anyhow. The spirit of this man without question is remarkable! He exudes genuine humility and compassion toward his patients. His knowledge base in the area of implant surgery is expansive. We were sold at first glance. He personally drove us back to our hotel after our first visit. At my second visit, which was I believe was four days later, I received ten implants and five extractions. I chose to have IV sedation because I am the biggest chicken ever when it comes to having dental work of any type performed. Surprisingly, I never felt the IV enter my arm! First time that has ever happened! Kudos to the young man who started my IV. My apologies for not remembering his name. In addition to this, Dr. Koto did not charge me for the sedation or extractions! Now who does that? After placing my IV, I was led to the area where my surgery would be carried out. Before putting me to sleep, Dr. Coto and his staff surrounded me and began to pray. Enough said! I never felt worried or concerned about anything. I was completely at ease. It has been a week since my surgery, and I am actually looking forward to my return to have my work completed in January. I stated that my husband also had work performed. He had an abscess and was given a root canal on that tooth. He also received veneers and had approximately six old fillings removed and replaced. Our appointment times were at different times, and our hotel was not nearby because as I stated our appointment was made after having arrived in Costa Rica. However, this was no problem because Dr. Coto has an archangel in the name of Mr. Olger Gonzalez who was at our disposal, driving us to and from all appointments. Olger is a gem! He was so very helpful in calming my anxiety prior to the day of surgery. He even took me out to lunch while my husband was having his dental work completed. What else is there to say? If you are in need of dental surgery and you don't care to pay the outrageous dental cost in the US, Jehovah Rapha (Dr. Coto) should be your only choice. The team and doctor are second to none. Thanks, guys, for everything! Total bill this visit was less than $10,000. The clinic was clean with state of art dental equipment. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Every question I had, they were more than happy to answer. Simply an outstanding team of professionals.

Dentist Consultation

The treatments from Dr. Coto and Dr. Adriana were done with professionalism and I can give them a good recommendation based upon my experience. They were very accommodating with scheduling and speed of service. Above all their pricing was extremely fair and I was happy. I scheduled this appointment to address what I thought would be major problems since I had not gone to the dentist in 26 years. My childhood memories had me terrified of the dentist. Anyway, they did an evaluation and came up with a treatment plan that was far less work than what I expected so I was very pleased. Dr. Coto was very honest in what I needed and told me that I did not need the services that I had told him I needed.They completed the work quick and efficiently and did a good job at making me feel comfortable in the chair.

Root Canals

Treatment was just like any other dental treatment in the USA. I felt the tools were clean. The dentist was professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to up-sell me any unneeded services. They picked me up from my hotel and dropped me off all at no additional cost. If you don't have dental insurance in the US why not spend the extra money you would save on a flight and have the work done in Costa Rica I was nervous about getting dental work in a foreign country but Jehova Rapha made me as comfortable as possible. It's been a month since having two root canals and two extractions and I have healed perfectly and I saved hundreds of dollars. If I ever need dental work in the future I know where I'll return!

Dentist Consultation

I was told by my young dentist in the states that I needed three crowns. Dr. Coto did digital x-rays and could find no such needs and told me so. He did not try to make money off me unnecessarily. Had digital x-rays, cleaning, and erosion cavity filled for under 200 dollars!. Fair and Professional.

Implants Dentists I am so happy with Dr Alberto Coto. When I had my teeth cleaned in WPB Florida my dentist was so impressed he told me that my Implant work is Text Book perfect. (Never to tell his wife he is going to recommend him if someone has to be on a budget.) In the states I was quoted $15,000.00 Dr. Coto charged under $3, and the B&B is awesome also. This is the friendly, combined with professional experience you can ever get. I love you Dr Coto! Eileen

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

Hi, my boyfriend, had some implants and other work done there almost a year ago and we were THRILLED with the results. He's been meaning to do a formal review but he keeps forgetting, putting it off. Anyway, I was thinking I have before and after pictures that I can provide so here, they are! He was (we are) so thrilled with the quality of the work, the cleanliness of the office, the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and Dr. Coto and the fact that it was so affordable for him to have this work done is beyond words! He was quoted no less than $15k for what Dr. Coto did for less than $5k!! The work he had done was something he had thought he'd NEVER be able to afford but YOU made it possible and we are forever grateful and thankful to have found you! Thank you and God bless!! Amazing! Dental Implants, Dental Crowns

Dental Implants & Crowns 2 part treatment. First: 1 sinus lift and 6 implants top and 4 implants bottom. Everything went well and took under a week. 6 months later, came back for crowns. Again, all went well and came back to Canada with great implants and crowns. Good professional information and great care related to my situation. I gladly recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental treatment. Cost difference is well worth the trips!
