It went amazingly. From the moment you call to get an appointment and enter the clinic/centre, you feel comfortable and welcomed and you don't have to wait at all. Extractions

My mom had an emergency case and we chose Helio dental clinic based on the reviews. I called them late evening and the next day we have got an appointment, which is very fast! My mom was very terrified and didn’t sleep the whole night as she knew she was going for an extraction. She was shivering and trembling the whole way to the doctor. And Dr. Ahmed made a miracle for her – she even didn’t notice the extraction!!! And after everything was done, my mom told with a smile that she is ready to extract all her teeth with Dr. Ahmed if there is a need! :) Dr. Ahmed is the most professional doctor I have ever seen with the unique approach and love to his job. I trust him my smile without any doubt. He is well efficient with all up-to-date dental techniques; he knows all pitfalls of every single case and can easily explain and find a suitable solution for even the most complicated situation. He really has a gift and his hands r magic!!! In one word he is a real expert in his field and I will never ever change my dentist henceforth!!!!!

Actually, it was my first time to deal with any dentist after migration of my usual one, and really I received an exceptional treatment from the whole staff and perfect education session presented by dr. Ahmed Hossam before the operation and after - even while working he introduced each tool to myself before using it and tried to describe how I would feel. Overall, cleanliness, space, environment and even the odor were excellent to prepare the patient for receiving such a treatment.
