Great low price. Good service was provided except for the second day of treatment the English speaking assistant left, so it was hard to do the treatment. Partial is good need some minor adjustment work which took a long time to finish. There is only one dentist at this clinic so if you need more adjustments to your teeth, you must be patient. The staff helped to find the hotel.

Root canals, Dentures, Orthodontics I love Promedent Clinic. Everyone on staff is friendly. Dr. Valencia is not only experienced, but very personable. The service and quality of work has exceeded work done by previous US dentist. Promedent Clinic accepts my U.S. insurance and that coupled with extremely competitive prices, has more than made up for the only drawback, which is that I have to travel back to the U.S. after treatment.

Totally top notch. Beyond excellent and I'm extremely happy! I would recommend with no hesitation to anyone. 4 years ago I came to Dr Grelda with several issues. Patiently she listened, sat down and gave me all my options. Financially I could not undergo cosmetic reconstruction. She miraculously made my teeth look wonderful for what I could do, I was so happy. Dr Grelda worked with my USA Insurance Delta Dental, and a small payment plan. She did an absolutely fantastic job with 6 top crowns, right in front the colour is perfect, size just right, they're perfect. I'm forever grateful for her patience, skill and professional demeanour. I would not go anywhere else, she's got skills!

Very happy with this dental office respect. The warranty they gave me worked very hard to make sure the dental partial fit well with no pain. I showed up late about one hour still agreed to do the treatment. Very helpful, friendly dentist and staff.

I am highly pleased with their work.The staff was wonderful, especially Dr. Grelda - her English is excellent. She made sure that my new dentures were properly fitted. They worked with my insurance here in the States to make sure I was covered (and reimbursed). They also picked me up and dropped me off at the border crossing so I would not have to drive in Tijuana. I have recommended this clinic to everyone who asked me where to go for dentistry in Mexico. They have move since I was last there (Aug. 2014), but I still highly recommend the clinic.

I have only great things to say about this clinic! Great customer service, expert staff and dentists and comfortable clean environment. I received the same or better service here in Mexico as I would have in the US and at a fraction of the cost. I will use this clinic again and refer them to everyone I know.
