root canals, bonds, cleanings, exams, biteguards, diagnoses, SRP My father and I have been to Enrique and Gracilella's clinic twice and are planning a third visit. They are the kindest, most professional and proficient dental duo in North America; we adore them! My father has had significant amounts of work done at 1/s the cost and with much higher professionalism than his dental office in Reno, and Enrique followed up with him several times to ensure his root canals and night mouth guard were healthy and fine (my father had a huge infection when we went to Mexico, and Enrique cleaned it all out; he also recognized my father had been grinding his teeth down at night, so had another place make a guard for him). My cleaning's are done with all natural materials, and are the most thorough/best anywhere!! The only improvement generally that I saw could be made in Los Algodones (because I don't need to pay for or sit in a million dollar office-- I just need professionalism and hygiene) is that last time we were there, I noticed that most offices don't yet have the most translucent and white porcelain posts and veneers. Of course, many offices here in SoCal don't either. For example, many offices in CA and Mexico are using things like CEREC and other procedures for crowns that seem not to make the prettiest ones. Perhaps that has changed in Los Algodones as it is beginning to change in SoCal. I would trust Enrique and Graciella like family--and much more than most dentists in the U.S.! Great!! read more

I have been a patient of Dr Nancy at the Rubio Dental Group for several years. She is excellent. Today I went in for a cleaning, and I told her about a broken tooth. When I checked out, they asked if I would like to come back that afternoon to get my tooth repaired. I did, and now I only have to go back one more time to get the permanent crown. read more

I have been going to Baja Dental for 7 years and I have had bridges, surgery, extractions, root canals..you name it...the staff is so patient with you..from the moment you walk in the door and the dental work is great. I had ten extractions and a temporary upper dentures put in November 2016 and had permanent dentures on March 23 2017, I am very satisfied with all the work and expense. I look GOOD now. The staff was very friendly and qualified . In and out in one day at each visit. I was looking for a dentist because I didn't like the one I had before. My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental. This place surpassed my expectations! The prices were outstanding compared to the U.S and the treatment was excellent. I am going back in a month or two to have a crown done. It was about 1/3rd of the price if I had it done here in So. California. (With my Dental Insurance) read more

Dr. Edna and her staff are very kind and respectful. I had a treatment plan given to me 2 years prior to actually being able to fulfil the treatment. They had remembered me and still had me on file. New refreshed crowns done in two easy visits. I am good for another 20 years hopefully. Was very satisfied. read more
