Root Canals

I Googled dentists in Merida - WHITELINE DENTAL CLINIC came up with very good reviews, it was stated that they spoke English.I booked an appointment online for myself and my husband - heard back almost immediately and both of us were in the next day for a cleaning and checkup. Guillermo was very pleasant, professional and fluent in English. We booked additional appointments to have numerous root canals and overlays completed during our time in Merida. Guillermo made sure appointments were spaced out for our physical comfort and he also made sure everything would be completed days before we left - just to make sure we had no problems. We are extremely satisfied with the knowledge, the cleanliness, the modern equipment and pricing of our dental work. I would strongly recommend it!Thank You WHITELINE

Dentures

I’m in the middle of a multi-step treatment. The people at this clinic are very friendly and very concerned about not causing me any pain. (I have extreme dental anxiety.)The doctor making my new top plate is very exacting and methodical. He also made some adjustments to my bottom denture and made it much more comfortable.I highly recommend Whiteline clinic.

I met Dr. Guillermo for an initial consultation. He spent almost an hour discussing my dental needs with me and I was impressed with how much information he shared and the options he presented. Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in Merida long enough to start the work needed but I plan to return with more time to get some of the work done with Dr. Guillermo. The staff were also very friendly and I found it easy to communicate with them for scheduling via WhatsApp. Overall a great first experience.

My husband and I had our first dental cleaning at Whiteline yesterday. The staff was polite I need my dentist to be English speaking which she was. It was a fantastic experience we will return for future treatments.

Root Canals

I travelled from New York to visit a family member, whilst in Merida I decided to have a root canal performed at Whiteline Dental. As I was only visiting for one week I decided to have the root canal performed in Merida , and to have the crown work done when I returned to NY. Fantastic value for money! The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. The dentist and root canal specialist who attended to me explained the process every step of the way.... The entire procedure was was done in about one hour. I am happy to say that I experienced no pain- had a little trouble with the antibiotic that I was prescribed (Amoxycilin) but switched to a different one with no problems. Next I am heading to my regular dentist for crown work , but if I had more time available I'd stay and get it done at Whiteline.

Root Canals, Dental Crowns, Dental Bridges, Fillings, Teeth Cleaning

My whole family visited Merida to specifically get dental work done. My mother had 6 root canal and 6 crowns done, my father had two bridges done, my brother had fillings done, and I just did a cleaning. This all was done within 3 weeks.It was definitely a great value compared to the US. If we need more dental work done, no doubt we would be coming back. Everything was done in a professional manner and we felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment. We chose this clinic after seeing the reviews on WhatClinic, and we are so glad we did. It was at a perfect location and the facility was clean and organized. Additionally, they were all kind and friendly. Dr. Guillermo, Lupita, Dr. Carlos Puc Uc, Dr. Elia, and one gum specialist whom we, unfortunately, forgot his name (sorry!). They were very informative and made sure we understood every single thing before leaving the clinic every day. When we had questions after leaving the clinic, they were quick to respond to emails and texts. They know how to take great care of their patients.
