"Very personal while also being professional"

I've regularly visited the Hernandez dental clinic for a few years now. From day one, I've found the clinic to be very personal while also being professionally operated, with great attention to cleanliness. All tools that have been used in my care have been removed from sanitation packaging in my presence. I've had several cleanings, a few "old" fillings replaced and new crowns installed, both ceramic over metal and zirconia. I have nothing but respect for Dr. Hernandez work. He openly discussed various options or alternatives prior to performing any work. He stands behind his work in that I did have problems with the improper fit of one crown which he replaced at his cost, no questions asked, on the very next visit. I'm most impressed with his practical approach to dentistry and that he doesn't "over-treat" as I've experienced can be a tendency of some other clinics in Las Algodones. This includes X-rays which are performed only as a last resort.

Yes, I had my first visit and had 7 top teeth pulled and 4 implants placed no complications at all. Then I when they back 2 weeks later for redoing my bottom crowns 10 in total the ones I had were done wrong and my bite was all bad. But they restructure my bite and redid them. I'm so happy with my new crowns they did an incredible job. Also made me temporary dentures for the top my new smile is awesome and in 5 months I’m going back for my permanent acrílic 4 in 1, incredible results I had.

crown, root canal, composite fillings I am very pleased with the service I got from Bokanova. The dentists spent a long time with me to be sure I was happy with the work. I was totally satisfied. And I can be demanding! No US dentist would have spent so much time with me. Also, the dentists did not offer me services I did not need. They explained clearly why I needed each treatment. The dentists fit me into their schedules, staying late when needed. The equipment they have is as modern as I have seen. The inside of the clinic is attractive.By the way, the dentists are a father and his two sons! The dentist who did most of the work on me was Ivan, one of the sons. Gustavo is the dental assistant; he as been with Bokanova for 38 years! The dentists speak English adequately. Esteban, the other son, speaks it perfectly.The prices were about 1/3 of US prices. Bokanova also has a clinic in Playa del Carmen. There is bus service directly from the airport of Mexico City to Cuernavaca. Very convenient. I recommend Hotel Royal in Cuernavaca. 300 pesos per night.

It was the first time I had work done in Mexico so I was a bit unsure. I needed 8 crowns on my front upper teeth so a friend recommended Dr. Luna. At the consultation I was greeted with a smile and fully informed which treatment was needed and what it will cost. I am very happy that I went with the porcelain crowns the dentist recommended. The prep work took just over 2 hours. The treatment was fast and Dr. Luna did a very good job. The staff were very friendly and most of the them could speak English comfortably. The clinic is situated close to the border and I felt save there. I am pleased with my new smile and will be returning for the other work I need to have done.

3 amalgen fillings I always get treated well at this clinic. The expertise of Santurno and Rojas is second too none IMHO. They always go the extra mile and do not cut corners on their repairs. They work more like artists than dentist and are very proud of their work as they should be. I realize prices are going up on everything which is another good reason to invest in your tooth restorations now instead of later. Like oil changes/maintenance on your car. Pay now or pay later.

I had a root canal done with good results. I never felt the shot and no pain during the procedure. Having another one done now. Easy to get to, just across the street from walk in to Mexico, pleasant people.

While eating popcorn, I somehow lost part of a filling. Dental Spa is a very modern clinic with all the apparent equipment that my dentist back home has. He was very gentle while numbing, and he even put green glasses on me to diffuse the bright light. I would definitely recommend. My friend recommended Dental Spa to me after having extensive dental work done include whitening!

The entire staff is very welcoming and professional. They have great prices and specials! They made me feel very comfortable and didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed. They were able to explain in detail my x-rays and there were no hidden costs. They pick you up and drop you off from the border and the quality of their work is phenomenal. I previously had a crown done in the valley and it was such a shoddy job. Another dentist in the valley who did my root canal didn't mention that I needed a filing in the tooth right next to it! The dentists in the states have such low quality work and customer service. I had a filing and a crown and I will most certainly only use them. They are worth the drive, they treat you like family! Very modern and clean!!
