"It all couldn't have worked out better"

Dr U was no doubt the best dental experience I have ever had at 59 years old living in the U.S. I was given a written detail/estimate by my FL dentist I had 13 cavities and needed two wisdom teeth extracted totalling around $2800 worth of work. Dr U confirmed my suspicion that some cavities were exaggerated (not actually decay-cavities) and the wisdom teeth needed only fillings, not extracting. I could not afford U.S. prices regardless, as well as the over-cautious premium U.S. dentist charge to remove old amalgam and replace with composite which I had two done. I almost went to Los Algodones but then thought I'd investigate dental services where I wanted to vacation in Puerto Penasco for a dental/vacation combo. It all couldn't have worked out better. Dr U proved to be a huge upside surprise in all respects but especially in creative skills easily doing what FL dentists would not attempt...very location-difficult back-end cavity filling where extracting would have been easier. I wanted my wisdom teeth. Dr U did "the right thing" and saved them without hesitation being they were otherwise healthy teeth. His prices are more than fair, even less than Los Algodones. From now on I'll be doing in-town vacation/dental work at his office when I need to. Great skills, very nice guy!

"Couldn't believe how quick and painless it was"

I very nervous when I came in but doctor Machado and Doctor Acevedo made me feel right at home. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was I didn't even feel the anesthesia shots I was very surprised when I was told when the doctor was done because I didn't even noticed when the doctor started removing the tooth. I wasn't even sore the days following the procedure. I highly recommend Dental Acevedo Clinic! The clinic was very clean neat and tidy and had all the equipment that a US dental clinic would have, actually the clinic was by far a lot better than some clinics I've been in the US and so are the doctors.I will definitely be coming back for all of my future dental work.

I had a crown replacement and tooth extraction done and again the work was superb! My crown was cracked and the root of my tooth was bad. The work was done with no pain at all and of the highest quality and the cost was more than fair. For anyone who hates going to the dentist because of pain and the problems afterwards, Dr. Navarrete is truly a painless dentist. I have never been to a dentist that after the work is done. You have no numbness, swelling or bloody mess. The quality of the work by far exceeds any dentist in Los Algodones and so does the value. I have been to other dentists in the United States and Mexico and Dr. Navarrete is far and away the best dentist. He takes pride in his work and is truly a painless dentist! If you are looking for quality work at a great value and want painless this is the only place to go!

"Courteous and proficient"

Cleaning, 3 Fillings, Night Guard Dr. Ortiz was very knowledgeable, courteous and proficient. He offered to pick me up at the border. When I got to his office, it was well furnished and clean. I hadn't had dental work done in so long, I wasn't sure how many fillings I would need, if any, or what other work I would need. I ended up getting a cleaning and having three fillings put in. The fillings are all composite and are perfectly done. Dr. Ortiz replaced an old amalgam filling I had with a composite filling, and didn't even charge me to remove the old filling; he charged me the same price for the replacement filling as he charged for the other two new fillings that were not replacing old fillings. I had money left over at the end, so I asked if he would fit me for a night guard, which he did, and for which I paid one fourth of what my mother paid for hers--and she has health insurance. After I returned to Phoenix, the night guard was delivered less than a week after my appointment with Dr. Ortiz. It fit perfectly and was exactly the same as the one my mother had gotten in Phoenix. Dr. Ortiz called me to make sure that I received the night guard and that it fit properly. I am already planning a trip back to Agua Prieta for another cleaning with some friends who also need work done.

mant extractions,partial plates. The Promedent Clinic exceeded my expectations totally. Clean, sanitary, friendly, good English spoken, they did quality work on time and at a great price. They worked with my insurance from a United States company quite transparently,and smoothly. I would and do recommend them to my closest friends,or a total stranger in total confidence. Well there is much I can say about this dental place we found this in TikTok and decided to come and see for myself. I had estimates in California for $45000.00 and was in pain I came to get a 4th opinion but was amazed of there facilities and doctors they really helped me out got all my work done in March 2023 here and have been so pleased. Everyone that know me know how I feel about dentist but here you will get first-class services and the same materials that they use in California. I feel like a new man with my perfect teeth now. Don’t let the words Mexico scare you. I am so pleased and by the way, it was less than a quarter of the price. Yes yes, we are so happy my wife is getting her work done today as I am posting this. Give them a call thank you dr Hiram and of course. The receptionist Alex. Cesar was so understanding on our budget he help us with all he could. If there was more stars I would not hesitate to give them more. The place is immaculately clean. They even have a free shuttle to pick us up what a great place. Call them you won’t be sorry

My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle,she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone.
