I went to this clinic to get 6 wisdom teeth removed. I was born with 8, which is extremely unusual, and very few clinics will do this, so I wanted to go to a specialist. I decided to go for the IV sedation route, which was 400,000 won extra.First of all, Dr Seo is extremely kind. I have had dental anxiety all of my life, and he made the process extremely straightforward. He was very transparent and was directly in contact. (Unusual for a Doctor, but very welcomed by me).I was on some other medication at the time, and we couldn't go ahead until I had withdrawn from the medication, so he puts safety first. On the actual day of extraction, there was a lot of paperwork. But he was extremely thorough about my options. He was also very transparent about pricing.To be honest, the conscious sedation part of the procedure didn't really work on me. But it is up front on the paperwork that it doesn't work on about 20% of people. But, still, he took his time to explain everything: pre, during and post procedure. Dental implant on front #8 tooth. It is a tough tooth to replace due to location and required a year long treatment to rebuild the bone after extraction. Also received a scaling/cleaning at this clinic. Dr. Koo and his staff are all excellent and friendly. The quality of care was better than what I am used to in the United States. The office is convenient to transport and is well appointed even with fresh flowers. The whole procedure went smoothly and am very happy with the results. My parents came to visit me in Seoul, and my father wanted to do teeth whitening. I didn't really know that much about it, so I sent a mail to Bright Dental Clinic enquiring about treatments and prices. I got a response from Dr. Seo with different methods and prices, and I chose the one my father wanted and made an appointment. It took about two hours, cost 165,000 won, and the result was good. On the day of the appointment, I was busy with school, so I sent my parents there alone; and of course, they managed to get lost. They arrived thirty minutes late, and to their surprise, was greeted with a smile and ushered in to start the treatment. According to my father, the staff were very nice and considerate, all the time asking to make sure everything were all right, and very professional (the treatment was not painful at all). I had really bad cavities so that a dentist told me that I need a crown to protect left of the tooth. He removed cavities and the dental team took an impression so far. The location was really easy to get from the metro station and I loved how close it is. All crews are wonderful, really friendly and nice, helped me a lot. They have not only English speaking medical staff but also Japanese and Chinese speaking medical staff. read more

Very kind dentist and receptionist. The dentist can speak English perfectly and fluently but I think the receptionist is more comfortable speaking in Korean. I could use my national health insurance here and the dentist showed me pictures of my teeth and the full price of my cavity treatment. The treatment itself was quick, a little painful due to no anesthesia which I thought was normal but my mother was surprised that no anesthesia was used. I also got a welcome toothpaste and brush gift from the dentist and the location is surrounded by many restaurants too. Overall I would return here in the future. read more

Due to my job, I'm always in different countries worldwide. Unfortunately, also in countries where I do not enter the seat of a dentist chair because of the trust and humanitarian devices and clean conditions. My full set of teeth was a hulk. Luckily my insurance company recommended using the Boston Park Dental Clinic for the treatment, as I was at South Korea and I had no experience up to that time with dentists in this country. One of my old fillings came out and the tooth had a very big cavity. I went to this dental clinic and the doctor fixed my tooth within a week. A sturdy filling was custom made as per the size of my cavity. Very affordable prices and extremely good service. The doctor is very efficient and friendly, and also speaks English. . read more
