Dental implant on front #8 tooth. It is a tough tooth to replace due to location and required a year long treatment to rebuild the bone after extraction. Also received a scaling/cleaning at this clinic. Dr. Koo and his staff are all excellent and friendly. The quality of care was better than what I am used to in the United States. The office is convenient to transport and is well appointed even with fresh flowers. The whole procedure went smoothly and am very happy with the results. Over the years, I hesitated to address my dental issues, including crowding, overbite, protrusions, tooth gaps, and color uniformity. The initial consultation with Dr. Bae during my visit to Seoul earlier this year left a strong impression on me. Maryann, the Sales Manager who facilitated the appointment, speaks and writes excellent English. Her professional demeanor, knowledge, and responsiveness expedited the entire treatment plan. The attentiveness of Dr. Bae and his team made all the difference in choosing Oaks. Dr. Bae's solid educational background, expertise, and skillful experience, combined with state-of-the-art equipment in their in-house lab, facilitated an incredible transformation of my teeth. After preparing my teeth, temporary crowns were made and set on the shaved teeth the same day, allowing me to eat, talk, and smile as usual. Impressions were taken using a digital scanner, an advanced technology that captured every detail of my teeth with precision for in-house milling. This was one of the key reasons I chose Oaks. Viewing my scans in the lab and discussing my earlier concerns about alignment and other details was invaluable, particularly for such extensive treatment. Having their own lab allowed for quick adjustments and modifications, making me feel involved in my treatment and reassured that my needs were a priority. Dr. Bae reassured me that this is normal and should diminish after the healing period. I also want to note that I didn’t experience any gum bleeding, swelling, bruising, or significant pain—concerns I had initially. Dr. Bae was amazed at how well I endured keeping my mouth open for many long hours during the treatment sessions. My parents came to visit me in Seoul, and my father wanted to do teeth whitening. I didn't really know that much about it, so I sent a mail to Bright Dental Clinic enquiring about treatments and prices. I got a response from Dr. Seo with different methods and prices, and I chose the one my father wanted and made an appointment. It took about two hours, cost 165,000 won, and the result was good. On the day of the appointment, I was busy with school, so I sent my parents there alone; and of course, they managed to get lost. They arrived thirty minutes late, and to their surprise, was greeted with a smile and ushered in to start the treatment. According to my father, the staff were very nice and considerate, all the time asking to make sure everything were all right, and very professional (the treatment was not painful at all). They also spoke English well. My father usually hates going to the dentist, but he said, and I quote: "This is the first time it has actually been nice going to the dentist." read more

I had really bad cavities so that a dentist told me that I need a crown to protect left of the tooth. He removed cavities and the dental team took an impression so far. The location was really easy to get from the metro station and I loved how close it is. All crews are wonderful, really friendly and nice, helped me a lot. They have not only English speaking medical staff but also Japanese and Chinese speaking medical staff. read more

Due to my job, I'm always in different countries worldwide. Unfortunately, also in countries where I do not enter the seat of a dentist chair because of the trust and humanitarian devices and clean conditions. My full set of teeth was a hulk. Luckily my insurance company recommended using the Boston Park Dental Clinic for the treatment, as I was at South Korea and I had no experience up to that time with dentists in this country. In Germany, I had to stay 6 months for the whole treatment. Impossible for me and the job I have. The team of the Boston Park Dental Clinic did it in 1 1/2 months. Of course, I had to spend a lot of time on this seat. 28 root canal treatments, crowns, and bridges. I could not laugh before because I was ashamed about my bad teeth. Now, after the treatment, I'm happy, I can smile over the full face, and the treatment of my full bite was a full success for me in record time. An advantage for me and my job. My experience with the clinic personnel was absolutely amazing. All of them were very kind and friendly.
