My parents came to visit me in Seoul, and my father wanted to do teeth whitening. I didn't really know that much about it, so I sent a mail to Bright Dental Clinic enquiring about treatments and prices. I got a response from Dr. Seo with different methods and prices, and I chose the one my father wanted and made an appointment. It took about two hours, cost 165,000 won, and the result was good. On the day of the appointment, I was busy with school, so I sent my parents there alone; and of course, they managed to get lost. They arrived thirty minutes late, and to their surprise, was greeted with a smile and ushered in to start the treatment. According to my father, the staff were very nice and considerate, all the time asking to make sure everything were all right, and very professional (the treatment was not painful at all). They also spoke English well. My father usually hates going to the dentist, but he said, and I quote: "This is the first time it has actually been nice going to the dentist."
Veneer replacement. Very friendly and professional. Good environment and easy access. Fair prices.
I went for the one day whitening treatment, and also got the take-home whitening kit. The process/chemical used is Opalescence. The booking and enquiry process was smooth, as the liaison had a good command of English. During the treatment, there was an English speaker to translate the procedures for me, and this is assuring as I can't speak Korean at all. Firstly, a mould of my teeth was first imprinted in order to make a customised teeth tray for my take home whitening kit. My teeth were then primed and the whitening treatment started shortly. During the process, there was some discomfort from dryness in the mouth due to the long process of whitening, and if your tongue/hand touches the whitening gel, it will sting a bit. You will be left alone during the whitening process. The chair, when sat in for a long time, can be uncomfortable. It will be better if there is timer to count down how much longer I have to sit down at the chair, opening my parched mouth and sitting down on the increasingly uncomfortable chair. I have improved about one shade after the treatment. Throughout the same day, I can feel tingles occasionally in my gums. This sensation is bearable and disappears the next day. The take-home whitening kit was pretty effective after two uses. I can see my teeth are visibly whiter with no discomfort. The only downside is that the whitening kit needs to be placed in the mouth for approximately three hours, and this could be quite inconvenient. This take-home kit includes gel which could last about three weeks to a month, depending on how often you use and how much you use each time. Overall, price is on the steep end at 600,000 won for the entire package with no hidden charges. Nice decorations, furnishing, comfortable. Good, clear directions given. Easy to locate. Would recommend for English speakers (only one English-speaking staff there though). Need to be careful on the level that you go. I think they have a level for office and one for the clinic.
Very experienced doctor with great skills.I've done dental implant and veneers. I had been missing my molar in the back for several years, and now I have a new molar! The operation didn't take long. The surgery itself only took about 10-20 min. But it took about an hour an half for the whole procedure- from anesthesia injection to consultation and everything. It took me about 5 months to finish the whole process. Within those 5 months, I also decide to do veneers on my front teeth, since they didn't look pretty. Veneers look as natural as my own, and they are so pretty! The staff was really nice, the clinic was pretty and bigThey had an English speaking staff, so she run me through every procedure, and she was right next to me just in case. All the staff were super nice and the dentist seemed really skilled since there were so many people waiting to do dental implants. The biggest reason i chose this clinic was because their price was reasonable. I've been to other clinics as well, but it all seemed kinda pricey for me. I've seen many clinics who tried to rip me off. I'm just happy that now I have pretty smile and a new tooth!
I had some secondary cavities due to the past treatment with amalgam that I had in my country. I started to feel some pain so I went into the clinic. I wasn't expecting to do crowns. I just thought I needed treatment for cavity but because the secondary cavities are more severe, they recommended me to do dental crowns after cavity treatments. They told me that it will last about 10 years. So I decided to do it.(Actually do them - all 4 teeth with cavities) It took about a week to finish them. But it wasn't painful at all and the doctor was really nice and fast and skillful! When I looked up dental clinics in seoul online, I had contacted few of them, and actually visited few of them too. But obviously, the price was the main concern for me. I know it's cheaper in Korea, but I was told that the clinics rip us off too! But after visiting a few, I realized that this clinic charged me as same as the Korean patients, and were honest about it. Because I did 4 crowns, they gave me a little discount too! The staff is very smiley and nice, and I liked the doctor too. If you need to go see a dentist, I would say this clinic really is a go-to clinic!
