Dr. Milo and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic. I had a series of visits between January and July 2014 to get myself two implants/crowns and six porcelain veneers, six composite build up lower front teeth, whitening and general cleaning. The advice was always very clear and there were always several options for treatment. Nothing was pushed on me. You get the price upfront and there are no surprises after. The treatments itself were 100% painless, thanks to the local anasthesia they provide. When under treatment Dr. Milo assures himself that you are relaxed and that you feel no pain and he always comments precisely on what he is doing and why. I appreciated that very much.Response to email is quick and clear. Everyone in the team, are the most friendly medical team I have ever encountered. The result is amazing and 100% to my satisfaction. Tooth had broken off the night before, including veneer. Contacted this clinic and had v. quick response next morning. Molds made same day (a Tuesday) at clinic and plastic (temporary) crown put in. Proper crown done on Friday morning. I chose a zirconium crown rather than porcelain - it's more expensive, but lasts forever and never stains. ( I researched it myself ) The dentist I saw did some training in California, so was easy to communicate with. His assistant, though eastern European, is fluent in Spanish and pretty good in English too. Nice office and neighbourhood (very near Arguelles Metro, and a huge park as well).
