I went to Tooth Town at Chalong for a check-up, clean and to investigate a sensitive rear tooth. The sensitive tooth turned out to need a crown. I was also advised that I should have root-canal treatment on the tooth which I was rather concerned about. Treatment was a total success. I am extremely impressed with the treatment I received at Tooth Town Chalong and have no hesitation in recommending this dental surgery to others. They deserve to do well in this competitive market. Why was I so impressed? Well, apart from the fact that I received painless treatment at a fair price I was completely surprised to discover that on the day I went for root canal treatment, after a lot of investigating, pressing and probing, the dentist told me that I didn't need to have it done. This of course saved me some discomfort and significantly, about 10,000THB! I had gone to the surgery knowing and expecting I was going to have this treatment so it was a very pleasant surprise indeed.This is a clear demonstration of the dentist behaving in an impeccably professional manner and this is not that way, that some nearby clinics might behave.Score is 10 out of 10! THANK YOU Tooth Town!This surgery has a number of dentists with slightly differing areas of speciality which I am entirely happy with.

I had to have root canal on one of my back teeth and get a crown. They were very quick to respond via email and I setup an appointment before I got to Phuket. The first appointment I had they had a root canal specialist do the work on my tooth which took about an hour and a half. After that I waited about an hour and then the crown specialist came and spent another 2 hours or so doing what he needed to do. Both specialists were very professional and extremely accommodating. Even though this took a long time my full root canal treatment was complete and I just had to wait for my permanent crown to be made and then fitted in a follow up treatment in about 5 days time. This appointment only took about 45 mins and it was all done. Brilliant, definitely recommend! I was recommended Tooth Town by an expat that lives in Phuket. It was a very professional establishment, very clean and smart and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Thank you very much. I'll be back!
