The clinic is simply amazing. Everything is state of the art and the doctors are very professional, friendly and patient as is the staff. Everything was planned and organised down to the smallest detail. I have to praise Ali, the manager, who answered every question in advance by phone and gave my friend the best advice. We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. We can wholeheartedly recommend Clinic Prime Istanbul. In Clinic Prime Istanbul, your dreams come true. Once again, many thanks to the team at Clinic Prime.

I visited Clinic Prime Istanbul recently from the 3rd of March to the 10th of March 2024 for the purpose of having a Hollywood smile. My teeth were in a bad condition but Doctor Gül made my dream come true. He listened to me and explained every step of the process. I have had 28 zirconium crowns placed on top of my shaved teeth and now my smile looks brighter than ever and my gum is healing. Zehra, Ali, and the girls were all very helpful and attentive. I would like to thank them all and I highly recommend this clinic.

I first learned about Clinic Prime through social media and had my initial visit in October, when my dental plan was created and treatment began. The second phase and completion of my treatment took place in January. Everything was carried out exactly as planned and agreed upon in my care plan. The service was exceptionally professional, with competitive pricing. The staff and dentist took great care of my needs, and Ellie was especially fantastic, organizing everything seamlessly from start to finish. This clinic is exceptionally well-organized, with highly professional doctors. Pelin was my first point of contact and remained by my side throughout my entire experience at the clinic. She took care of everything hotel arrangements, and airport transfers, and answering all my questions ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. She’s truly wonderful! 😊 Initially, I thought she was just responsible for bookings, but I quickly realized she works closely with the doctors and is always present in the clinic, providing continuous support. I visited the clinic to have six crowns placed on my implants, which had been done in another country. Dr. Ezgi Gulum opened the implants with incredible speed and efficiency. Her soothing voice and reassuring presence made me feel safe and at ease throughout the process—I truly appreciated her care. The majority of the work, however, was done by Dr. Ersin Arican, who placed all six crowns. Travelling to another country for dental treatment can be daunting, but Dr. Ersin’s professionalism, experience, and kind, human approach made all the difference. He ensured everything was done to the highest standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This January, I completed my full-mouth zirconia crown makeover at Clinic Prime Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.My treatment included a series of X-rays, 3D scans, 28 custom-designed zirconia crowns, and night guards, all completed in just a matter of days.This wasn’t my first time undergoing such a procedure—I had a similar full-mouth restoration done seven years ago at a different clinic in Turkey. While both clinics offered modern facilities, a hotel stay package, and airport transfers, my experience at Clinic Prime was so much better.Looking back, my previous dental clinic failed to account for my deep, strong bite, which ultimately led to the failure of my original crowns and veneers. Had they taken this into consideration, I wouldn’t have had to return years later to replace all my dental work. This experience taught me an important lesson: the quality of the clinic and the expertise of the doctor matter more than just the price and convenience. So please do careful research and talk to many clinics to find out which one will suit your needs.From the moment I arrived at Clinic Prime, I could tell that their approach was different. The dentist carefully addressed my concerns, explained my options, and created a treatment plan tailored specifically for me. I was given several days to test my full set of crowns, ensuring the colour, bite, and aesthetics were exactly how I wanted them. If something didn’t feel right, the doctor made modifications without hesitation—no compromises.The entire process, from consultation to final fitting, was incredibly streamlined. In contrast, this same level of treatment would have taken months and cost 6–8 times more in the United States.The clinic is a bit far from central Istanbul, but it’s located inside a modern international luxury shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. It’s spotless, well-equipped, and truly state-of-the-art.The hotel booked by the clinic was basic but clean. It offered no amenities, a few TV channels, and not much else to do. But it had one unexpected highlight: a hotel pet, a friendly golden retriever that roamed the premises. If you're a dog lover, you’ll probably find joy in hanging out with this sweet pup all day. I also figured out how to walk to the nearest train station, which allowed me to visit all the major tourist attractions in Istanbul—a great way to make the most of my trip.Final Thoughts: Would I Recommend Clinic Prime?Absolutely. The level of professionalism, expertise, and patient care I experienced at Clinic Prime Istanbul far exceeded my expectations. After a really bad implant experience in Antalya, I discovered Clinic Prime. The treatment they are giving me is over 2 visits. The first visit was to fix and replace, 4 broken and badly fitted implants as well as 5 extractions. There was a lot wrong, but thankfully it has now been rectified. The dentist, surgeon and clinical staff were fabulous. The whole set-up is first-class and clearly state of the art. Even the lady at reception who supplies drinks and refreshments was wonderful. Finally, I cannot thank my translator and co-ordinator enough. Ela, was totally professional, friendly and a credit to the clinic.Cannot wait for my second and final visit in approx 8 weeks. I am looking forward to choosing my new smile and finally having it fitted by experts, which Clinic Prime clearly are.I shall update you when my procedure is finished in 2 months.
