First off, Dr. Baysal and his team deserves 10 stars out of 5 honestly. You'll see why he gets perfect reviews from everybody on here hes that good. Hes not just a dentist, but a ORAL SURGEON with a specialty in RADIOLOGY and a PROFESSOR in Italy. I came to Dr. Baysal with a host of major dental problems, needing multiple implants and 16 crowns replaced that were in terrible shape. He explained everything in great detail answered all my complex biological dental questions, I had so much anxiety going into this thinking of a much worse outcome other dentists in the USA did not come close to his expertise. Dr Baysal confidently assured me he could fix even the worst of my problems, and do it at a very reasonable cost less than half of what I would have had to pay in the USA or in Europe....Its well worth the money to travel here no question! We opted for Swiss made highest quality Roxolid SLA zirconium implants and zirconium crowns which are the most biological options available today. In the US it would have cost me more than double to do the work easily. My gums were infected, receding badly, and had loss of bone mass on top of it. Dr Baysal is a genius and manipulated my jaw bone to make up for the bone loss, which saved me the headache money and pain of having to do bone grafting, tissue grafting, laser gum surgery etc. Other dentists simply would have not been able to do this. All of my problems originated from prior crowns done with poor craftsmanship, design and, cheap materials used when I originally had the crowns done in the Philippines by an American trained and certified dentist --- what a mistake, I didnt know any better back then -- got sold on porcelain crowns with metal inlays, which is made of aluminum oxide. Everyone knows now aluminum is known to cause all kinds of health problems...I ended up getting CANCER just a few years later because of it, the non-biological metals corrode in your month with the saliva, putting the bioelectric profile of your body into chaos, dysfunction of your meridians, and destroying your intestinal tract which connects to your mouth and houses over 80% of your immune system function. DO NOT USE CHEAP CORROSIVE METAL CROWNS OR TITANIUM IMPLANTS FROM ASIA YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY REGRET IT AS I DID!! Im not going anywhere else for dental work after meeting this guy., I am extremely grateful to have found Dr Baysal. You wont regret it, he's very personable and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Baysal deserves 10 stars out of 5 honestly hes that good. His clinic is top notch clean, state of the art equipment, and you need to wear plastic covers on your feet when you get there hes that meticulous about his office and cleanliness. Its better than what you see even in the USA or Europe. You'll understand why he gets such great reviews once you meet him. Dr. Baysal and his assistant team were extremely professional, and provided the most detailed answers to all my complex questions....2 months worth of them Lol. I was very concerned about getting a BIOLOGICALLY sound smile makeover for my severe dental problems. I checked with several providers before making the trip to Turkey to see Dr Baysal. Including Asia, Europe, USA and Mexico. Understand that Dr Baysal is not just a very good dentist, but TOP 5 in the WORLD!! AND Hes an award winning ORAL SURGEON with expertise in RADIOLOGY. If you need implants, crowns, bridges you dont just need a dentist, you need a SURGEON! Hes not going to let you down!! He and his assistant were always very timely in answering all my questions and genuinely wanted to help me with all my concerns. If you are paranoid about dentistry, especially if youre like me and want only the BEST BIOLOGIC QUALITY NON CORROSIVE MATERIALS, BEST TECHNICIAN at a very VERY reasonable price for top top quality craftsmanship, and dental materials from Swiss or Germany, you have come to the right place. He is like a SUPER HERO DENTIST he wont let you down, and genuinely cares about his patients. I am only coming here from now on. I don't normally leave reviews, but I must write up something to explain my experience for others thinking of visiting Ihlamur Dent for some dental treatment.I contacted Dr Volkan Karabey back in July 2022 just to discover a little more about the surgery and to also get a price. Dr Volkan was super helpful and gave me an estimate during the first few days of communication. This estimate was very close to the final cost (I needed another root canal due to an abscess and infection that my UK dentist didn't even pick up on!)We agreed a date for visiting Istanbul in October 2022 and as you can imagine, I had a lot of questions leading up to the surgery regarding the travel and hotel package and Dr Volkan answered everything. This was super helpful for when we arrived, and the trip went very smooth with this information.When I first visited the dental surgery on Saturday, I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness. I was impressed with the equipment and professionalism of everyone I met. The Saturday was a short appointment for just Xrays and consultation. I returned on the Monday (closed Sunday) for the major part of my treatment and Dr Volkan was there to ensure everything was going well and to inform me of the stages involved. On finishing the teeth shaving, I was fitted with a temporary set of teeth which allowed me to carry on until my Tuesday appointment.On Tuesday I was back for a test fit of my new crowns and they got the style correct first time (although I could have changed anything at this point, I was happy with the first result), I was then fitted with another set of temporary teeth and they looked amazing as they were based on my new crowns and I was very happy, they looked real.On Wednesday I had to return for a root canal, I ended up with 2 due to an abscess but the dentist asked me first if I was ok with 2, she informed me that this will eliminate any future issues, so I went ahead with it. I felt absolutely no pain during that procedure.On Thursday I was back to have the final Zirconia crowns fitted and Ihlamur Dent had adjusted the bite and shape to accommodate my jaw alignment, they fitted and felt perfect, I was over the moon. Dr Volkan also supplied a night guard free of charge, that saved me a lot of money too.I cannot recommend Ihlamur Dent enough, many family members and friends are now seriously considering having work done here due to my perfect experience and a 1/5 of the cost for the same work in the UK. read more

Just on my own home from a week in Istanbul being treated by Dr.Furkan.I don’t normally write reviews but this guy really deserves one and also I hope to help others to find a great dentist amongst the myriad of options.The service and treatment I received were nothing but amazing. The communication was perfect before, during and after treatment. They helped me organise airport transfers and hotel, everything went seamlessly.If you are looking for a dentist that won’t just crown all your teeth and actually look at and discuss with you the best options for you from a medical perspective then seriously look no further. I can only say positive things about this clinic, I’ve been treated previously in the UK, Australia and Portugal and Dr Furkan is the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. If I ever need significant work in the future, I will always make this trip to Istanbul without question. read more

Amazing staff, positive experience. My patient coordinator is very welcoming and wonderful to speak to. Every member of the team is informative and courteous. It’s the first dental office to explain the why behind the what dentist and his team take every care to ensure you are fully informed and comfortable at every step, making dentist visits much more enjoyable. My sister and I travelled from Scotland to Dis 212 for full mouth implants. We got amazing treatment from start to finish. We both got 6 implants on top and bottom and 24 zirconium crowns each. I would rate this dentist 5 stars as the clinic is extremely hygienic and clean and the price was fantastic. The staff especially Maria are very friendly and welcoming every time. Most importantly was the work that Dr Aykut Kuson has completed. He is a gentleman and his quality of work is impeccable. He has transformed our smile and would highly recommend him and this clinic.
