I got 20 zirconium crowns in Denta Point in Izmir couple of weeks ago. Whole experience was 10/10. Starting from initial contact with amazing and helpful Sude who was responding to all my (stupid and less stupid) questions very quickly and regardless of let’s/early hours. I was stressed as it was a big change in my life. I did my research and checked many places in Turkey before I decided to go with Denta Point.I gave them two weeks notice and there was no problem with booking hotel and transfers.Driver who picked me up from the airport was very polite and there was no problem with my flight being late- he patiently waited for me with clear sign. I also received his picture, name and reg of the car so I felt safe. Car was actually a van converted to limousine which was nice touch.It took us around 20 min to reach destination- Kordon hotel. Place was very easy to access. No problem with check in. Beautiful room, comfy bed, wifi and swimming pool on the rooftop. Mini fridge as well. Daily housekeeping and literally everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. I was traveling alone so had a little stress about accommodation itself but there was absolutely no problem. Breakfast was included. Late checkout available ( my flight back was in the evening).Clinic is 4 min walk from the hotel- can’t get lost 😅 Building - very clean, modern and functional. Friendly atmosphere. There is a reception on the ground floor, chill area on the 1st floor and everything above would be actual dentist offices. On day one I filled papers, got X-rays, scans, consultation, pictures, payment and we started with deep cleaning my teeth and shaving them to make space for the crawls. I anaesthetic so i absolutely didn’t feel any pain. After that i got temporary teeth to cover sensitive teeth. First day was the longest in the clinic. On second day I had root canal treatment and more consultation about my dream smile. Next days were about adjustments biting, choosing colour and shape.Sude was with me all the time for mental support and some translation if needed but to be honest both my dentist and his assistant had great English. I even met the owner who was checking up on me. I felt really taken care of all the time. On day number 4 I got my zirconium crowns cemented for good. I received mouth guard to wear at night. Also I was told how to take care of my new teeth. Day number 5 was my last day- I filled more papers. Got pictures, instagram reel ( optional), X-rays, scans etc. All my medical history was sent to me via WhatsApp very quickly too.During this 5 days I was eating mostly soft baby food and drinking loads of water as temperature in Izmir in August is 40 degrees.I would like to assure that procedures weren’t painful at all and I am pretty sensitive person so no need to worry about that.Now I’m a few weeks after visiting clinic and I got plenty of compliments about my teeth. There is no problem with eating or drinking. The only thing was not being able to pronounce “s” properly and I was scared it will last like that forever but my tongue get used to new shapes in my mouth in couple of days and I talk totally normal.I can highly recommend clinic and all people involved in my smile transformation. The professionalism, communication and treatment were exceptional throughout the whole experience. From the moment my husband and I arrived in Turkey we have looked after. We were collected by the Customer Relations Team member at the airport, had regular communication before, during and after each appointment. My husband had the treatment but we were both kept up to speed on what was happening and what to expect at each step. Our accommodation was great and the staff were very helpful. I did not know what to expect with regards COVID 19 precautions and was pleased to find more precautions in place than the UK including hand gel in the streets, compulsory wearing of face masks and temperature checking before entering shops and the hotel. I am looking forward to returning for our second visit to have the implants fitting. I would recommend Okutan Dental Clinic, it's worth every penny. read more

A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do.I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless.No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Highly recommended. read more

Complex Root Canal and 4 crowns. I am a very nervous patient and the dentist was very good and patient with me. I had initially booked for a deep root canal treatment to be followed by a crown on one tooth, but when I had my x-rays taken, the dentist recommended that I have 4 done. I had not budgeted for this and thankfully my friends clubbed together on holiday so I could have the work completed. Majella and her hubbie Homar were lovely friendly people who collected me and returned me to the hotel, but also kindly supplied lifts to my friends also. Their communication was superb.Dental surgery was modern, beautiful and spotlessly clean with the lab on site so all the work is done promptly. read more

Just on my own home from a week in Istanbul being treated by Dr.Furkan.I don’t normally write reviews but this guy really deserves one and also I hope to help others to find a great dentist amongst the myriad of options.The service and treatment I received were nothing but amazing. The communication was perfect before, during and after treatment. They helped me organise airport transfers and hotel, everything went seamlessly.If you are looking for a dentist that won’t just crown all your teeth and actually look at and discuss with you the best options for you from a medical perspective then seriously look no further. I can only say positive things about this clinic, I’ve been treated previously in the UK, Australia and Portugal and Dr Furkan is the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. If I ever need significant work in the future, I will always make this trip to Istanbul without question. read more
