Booked in to see the hygienist as it had been some years. As it had been some years visiting the dentist after a terrible experience, it was nice to see them put me at ease as soon as I walked in, talk me through each instrument and asked me if I would prefer to watch a film whilst in the chair.

General maintenance - annual I have been a patient for many years and have always been impressed by the care and quality of the treatment. Perhaps I have not been over demanding - but a couple of root canal treatments over the years have been trouble free. Mr Tambirajah gives me realistic options for treatments. I feel his materials and equipment is very up to date. I am happy to recommend the surgery.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

Having had a bridge removed, 4 top teeth, I was faced with a palate, partial denture on the NHS. After several months I decided to contact Glumangate Dental Practice having researched implants. On my first visit I was introduced to Valplast which was like a denture but a lot smaller, no palate and very reasonably priced. Dr. Ramirez Khatib and his staff were excellent from my first, 5 October, to my last appointment 7 December. Everything was explained clearly, very patient, friendly and professional. I felt overwhelmed on receiving my Valplast today what a fantastic early Christmas present. Thank you.

Visited the dentist today, had an excellent experience! Dr Shetye and Nurse Rukhsar were very proficient, professional, kind and caring! Pain-free seamless experience! Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming, all working very hard in these trying times. All COVID safety measures implemented. I felt very safe and reassured! This dental practice is truly the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Amazing team! Thank you so much for all your care and kindness!

I had been unhappy with some of my teeth for many years. After a consultation with Mr Shah I decided to go down the route of tooth implant. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. I have got my smile back. For anyone unhappy with their smile, go with it. You won’t regret it
