As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I have had extensive treatment at this practice including fillings, crowns, extractions and root canal treatment over a number of years. I have always been treated with respect and treated promptly and have great trust and confidence with Dr. Paul Willis would never go anywhere else. Excellent practice. Very friendly and polite staff and a clean comfortable environment. Would recommend anyone to pay them a visit. Very good for nervous patients you will be made to feel at ease here.
