As a patient of the practice for many years, I continue to be impressed by the quality of care and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone is so pleasant, and welcoming and does all they can to make you feel at ease. As a very nervous patient this has been very reassuring. My most recent visit was with dental hygienist Fiona who is so lovely, very thorough leaving my teeth feeling so clean but she is also very encouraging and informative in helping to improve my own dental care. I have a Denplan policy with the practice which covers checkups with Gordon my dentist, hygienist visits and any treatments I have required. I think it has proved to be really good value in my time as a patient at the practice.

I always receive quality care with DentistryPlus whether it is Gordon, the dentist, or Fiona the hygienist. In fact, all their staff are very pleasant and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.Note that I'm a Denplan patient and so pay a monthly fee to them direct and not to DentistryPlus.

Hygienist Session

I visited the hygienist last week at Dentistry Plus. Fiona assisted by Pammy conducted the appointment with her usual very high standard of work - cleaning, flossing and polishing and advising me on some improvements I could make. It was a pleasant and friendly experience. Also, the receptionists are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. When I visit Gordon the dentist, I know I am in very capable hands. All the staff exhibit the highest standards of professionalism. Thank you.

My appointment consisted of a checkup with Gordon and also an appointment with Karen - Hygenist. Both went very well. They both are so professional and put their patients at ease. Going to the Dentist for me is no problem and that is down to Gordon and Karen for their expertise and caring manner.

Extractions

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction - the first in over 40 years. Quite frankly I was terrified. However, Gordon Boyle sensed my apprehension, sat me down and talked me through the entire procedure. This completely reassured me, calmed me down and put my mind at rest. The whole process was exactly as he said - I didn’t feel a thing. I left with clear simple instructions, in writing, as to what to do in the days after treatment and with the reassurance that if anything didn’t feel right I was to contact the surgery straight away. I feel that with so many dental patients, reassurance and giving confidence is essential. I got that in abundance.
