Our practice has easy access to the rear, baby changing facilities and private parking.

Appalling. Stopped listening as soon as I started to explain the problem. I had a specific problem and specifically didn't want the rest of my mouth messed with due to pain, they looked at everything else anyway, even though I had asked them not to and even though this meant I had to keep my mouth open for longer which I'd made them aware is a problem for me. Pressed on an area that was painful even though I had explained I had a pre-existing pain condition for which I was seeing a specialist - it's obvious to anyone that you don't do that but especially if you've been trained. Did not ask consent properly before taking x rays (simply asked if I was pregnant because they were going to do x rays - which wasn't a problem, but ask me and tell me what you're doing!). Generally dismissive, unhelpful and slapdash. I felt like I might as well have asked the binman for an opinion. I might have got a more respectful and informed response that way. I feel really cross about it. I'd never use them again.Reception desk staff were very nice though.

Treatment for Wrinkles

Was very nervous about having treatment for wrinkles for the first time, and after visiting various other clinics around Glasgow, I opted for treatment at the smile clinic. The whole experience was extremely professional, thorough and exactly what I was looking for. I talked through my concerns, what I was looking to achieve and any worries I had about proceeding with treatment. Dr Bruce took time to talk through my options and left me feeling completely at ease. The treatment itself was pain-free with no bruising at all - which was one of my main concerns, I was also booked in for a follow up consultation, during which I was encouraged to ask any questions regarding my treatment or the results. The clinic itself is smart, clean and modern and all of the staff courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends and will be back for further treatments very soon.

I recently completed a smile makeover at with Andrew and I could not be happier with the results. Andrew completely transformed my smile! I was recommend the practice by a friend and I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone! All the staff are very helpful and friendly and made me feel at easy during my treatment.

Dermal Fillers, Dentist Consultation

I attended Glasgow Smile Gallery last week to have a painful tooth checked as well as my usual treatment for wrinkles injections in my forehead which I have done by Dr Andrew Bruce every 4/5 months. Dr Bruce quickly identified the cause of the pain in my tooth gave me a white filling which was virtually pain free. My treatment for wrinkles injections were not painful either and as always there was no bruising afterwards (I always had some bruising when I had treatment for wrinkles done elsewhere). I find that it lasts far longer than anywhere else I have been in the past and I rarely have to go back for a top up. It looks natural and not 'frozen'. I recommend Glasgow Smile Gallery to all my friends who have treatment for wrinkles/filler/lip injections as it lasts so long and the results are great (no unsightly lumps and bumps!!) The whole experience at Glasgow Smile gallery is always an enjoyable one. The staff from the reception, to the nurses to Dr Bruce himself are always friendly and helpful. I know I am always in good hands and the results in my smile since I have been coming here over the last 4 years are clear to see!

Dentist Consultation

I had major dental work. Old crown replaced and bridge work done. The teeth whitening was the icing on the cake.I could no longer stand to look at myself in the mirror and was afraid to smile in case anyone saw my horrible teeth.I would urge anyone with dental issues of any kind to go and seek treatment. Get your confidence back in spades. Money well spent in my view. As a rather nervous dental patient I had put off going for treatment for years and years. I hated my horrible teeth and was very embarrassed by them. So much so that I always put my hand to my mouth when I laughed.After discussing this with my husband and friends I finally plucked up the courage to do something about it. I was advised to go to Glasgow Smile Gallery and it was the best advise I have ever been given. One simple word to describe my experience......FANTASTIC.It was clear to see that I was nervous, but Dr. Andrew Bruce and his lovely staff put me at ease from the get go. Each step was explained to me as we went along. Advise and options were given, costs and timescales explained. It all took less time than I had anticipated and relatively pain free.Now I have a smile I love to show and I laugh a lot more. I have also been told I look younger.........Bonus!

I visited this practice for the first time back in April of 2012 whilst suffering agonising pain. The pain I was experiencing was due to 20 years of avoiding Dentistry. To say I was a nervous dental patient would be a massive understatement. I was so nervous about undergoing any dental work that I'd suffered the pain and lived with it for those twenty years. And what a mess my mouth was in when I attended this practice for the first time. I was extremely nervous when I arrived at Reception. I was met by an amazing, friendly and enthusiastic team of staff and then taken promptly to Andy, my Dentist. His approach was like none I'd experienced before. His assurance that I'd feel zero pain was taken with a massive pinch of salt, but turned out to be true. He sorted the problem and relieved the pain within about 15 minutes. Thereafter he assessed my mouth and gave me a plan of treatment which would free me from any future pain. Based on my initial experience with him, I took the plunge and agreed to it. And it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As I write this it's 17th November 2012 and I'm not only pain free but in possession of a smile I'm proud to show. The work which Andy had to undertake was pretty extensive; extractions, root canal treatment. All horrific to contemplate when gripped with a profound fear of dentistry. The fact was that I can say, in all honesty, I felt no pain when Andy was working on my mouth. None. And because of that, I persevered and made it to the end of my treatment course. I'm overjoyed with the end result and would recommend this practice to anyone who, like I had, has a serious fear of dentistry. Go here and you'll understand what I'm saying.
