Dentist Consultation

General check up and teeth cleaning. Ben though my teeth are in pretty good condition and I have never needed any further treatment I still feel the service at Ravenscourt Practise is worth mentioning. Every time I go there i am made to feel very welcome and it has a lovely ambiance, Dr Batavia is an excellent dentist and really puts you at ease before he starts, he is super professional and always explains step by step what he is going to do. I would recommend him and the practise to anyone.

Teeth Cleaning

I was referred by my usual dentist to Professor Luigi Nibali for a specialist periodontal deep clean treatment. Having experienced this once already in the past I was quite apprehensive as I remember it as having been excruciatingly painful.I'm pleased to report that it was a far better experience this time around. My initial meeting with Prof Nibali already helped me to feel a little less nervous. Then, for the actual treatment, the comfortable surroundings and reassuring manner of both the professor and his assistant put me at even greater ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. I now feel a lot less apprehensive should I need to undergo the same procedure again.

Fantastic experience! Dr Batavia and his entire team offer exceptional customer service and really helped me to feel less anxious (I was incredibly nervous). From my initial enquiry about a consultation, I received 2 calls the same day, one from reception and the other from Dr Batavia. They were very thorough, ensuring they understood my needs and concerns. I had A LOT of questions which were replied to very quickly; I appreciated them going above and beyond to find all the answers I was looking for. The practice is super clean and every effort is taken for both the patient and the staff to be safe (re COVID). I’m incredibly thankful that I felt no pain during the 1.5-hour appointment to replace 2 silver fillings (I was concerned about mercury toxicity so elected to have them removed). I particularly appreciated the arnica and rescue remedy. I would recommend anyone having the same procedure to ensure they do the necessary detox/chelation afterwards to minimise mercury risk. I can confidently recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a friendly, experienced and thorough experience. Thank you again!

Cleaning & exam - I found both the dentist & hygienist to be very open & honest. No upsells & they were actually positive. It was a nice visit, the dentist is very gentle with great bedside manners & it was nice to get some encouragement for once.
