Been going to this practice at Kingsport in Howden for a number of years now and have always been absolutely satisfied with any treatment received. All staff including my dentist Rahella Raza are brilliant very friendly and would highly recommend it.

I've been very pleased with the service and results, since starting with this clinic many years ago. I had a bridge, crowns and veneers - all done to a high standard and still going strong many years later. They recently managed to squeeze me in for a suspected infection.

I visited them recently to be rid of a severe toothache. Nobody else wanted to help, and they saw me on a Saturday afternoon when other practices were closed. It was a good value and the staff were very friendly. Made to feel welcome from the start. Excellent experience. Got me out of pain and were very friendly. Five-star service. Wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.

Dental Consultation Having been dissatisfied with my previous dentist, this practice has been like a breath of fresh air. Mr Garrett is toally professional in his approach, communicates well, discussing treatment options and involving me in deciding the most appropriate care. Reception staff are warm and friendly.

I have been with the Pinn Dental Practice for nearly 3 years. During that time, I have had 2 implants, as well as regular check-ups approximately every 6 months. The professionals are excellent and communicate well with their patients. It is very friendly, relaxed, spotlessly clean and bright. The equipment is high quality helping to ensure excellent results. All the staff are unfailingly welcoming.

I have many problems with my teeth and have been lucky enough to find this dental practice, I am being treated by Alex and dental nurse Julia who have been amazing from the start, they take care and time treating the pain then dealing with the cosmetics. I can honestly say I don't know where I would be if I hadn't been treated by Alex. I had been in a lot of pain for a long time and can now see an end insight, All the staff at this practice are kind, friendly and professional, which makes an anxious time much easier. I highly recommended this practice and have done on many occasions to friend and family.

Visited 32 whites as a nervous pt with ta as an emergency on a sat morning. From start to finish I could not fault them. The receptionist was very helpful explaining to me what would they do first and charges that would apply. This helped me to calm down she knew what she was talking about. Entered the practice n the atmosphere surroundings were very calm friendly and welcoming, the fish tank in the corner took my mind of things. Went to see the dentist nervous wreak and he was lovely listened to me and my fears then had a took at the problem, treatment options were explained clearly prices quoted and I honestly felt relaxed n trusting to have some treatment carried out. After all I had an extraction which I would never have had before without being put to sleep but I never felt a thing. Everything from start to finish was explained to me etc. I have now rebooked to go and get the rest of my mouth sorted out as I have taken the first step and lived to tell the tale. Can only say first class service, care and friendliness, they even called me on the Monday to check I was ok after care ++++would recommend +++++
