I attended VIX DENTAL CLINIC on 17/12. I can easily say the experience I had with them was amazing. From day one, I was picked up from my hotel by Julie (such a beautiful person) and taken back to the dentist. Over a week I spent an around 18hours in the dental chair. I had some major dental treatments done at Dr Dat & CS International, including dental implants, dental crowns, root canal and extractions.My upper teeth where in a state of bad decay and also i had several missing teeth and also broken teeth. I visited Hanoi from Australia, particularly to have my treatment done at this clinic, the whole process from my first visit to the completion of my procedures was seamless and 95% pain free, I have now gone from not wanting to smile or show my teeth to others, to having a beautiful and confident smile, that looks completely natural, Dr Dat and his team where very professional and supportive throughout the whole process, I will be returning in mid 2018 for further treatments to my lower teeth, and also to complete the x2 implants on my upper teeth. I chose this clinic from many choices in Hanoi, as Dr Dat and is partner Dr Huyen where the only clinic to advise me and continue to guide me through all of the procedures that I was to be having done, right from the necessary scans and x rays I needed to have done in Australia and send to them before I could determine my exact treatment plan. I had a cap on one of my front teeth that had been in place for 40 years. It basically looked really ugly. So had a new cap and a crown installed. Dr Thuy was excellent. I had a cap replaced and a new crown put in. Extremely professional, and extremely clean premise. I had always been hesitant about having the cap replaced. The good news is my new cap and crown match my surrounding teeth exactly so you cannot even tell that I have a cap. This is a big difference from the old one. I am one 150% satisfied! I think Dr. Thuy is like a master chef, orchestrating everything. His training in the US and Australia has definitely paid off. No pain and very gentle hands. read more
