Based on the excellent reviews I decided to try Pagna Clinic for a repair of my damaged crown and post. The clinic itself isn’t very large really. Everything appears to be very clean and well organized. What space and equipment might lack compared with a large modern flashy dental clinic it more than makes up for in high quality and standards in my opinion. I was expecting to need a replacement for both crown and post however after examining me Dr Pagna said that would not be necessary. He could use my existing hardware with some added cleaning first. That saved me plenty of time which has a new crown fitted would have taken. It also was of course very much cheaper to utilize what I had already instead of replacing it with new. For sure some other clinics I’ve been to over the years here in PP would have sold me the new replacement pieces just because they could. Once my crown and post were replaced and checked Dr. P told me the last time it had been fixed the crown was not seated properly. He paid extra attention to details when it came to giving me a repair which was not only done correctly but which I was going to be happy with. We spent a little extra time doing so but in the end, it was well worth it for the end result. Lastly the staff there were all pleasant and helpful. I had to take my infant daughter along with me during the appointment. Dr Pagna’s wife and the staff took care of watching my daughter while I was getting the dental work done. That was a huge help for me because I didn’t have anyone to babysit at the time. Thanks so much for your excellent support and quality work. I found this clinic through Whatclinic. I had called Washington Clinic to find they do not do Periodontal work, which I needed. I had 'flap surgery' where the gums are peeled back to fully clean teeth. Also, I had an extraction of a top molar because it was loose and there was bone loose due to bacteria. After the extraction, the loss of bone was replaced by the pacing of inert bone material.I am most pleased with the initial surgery I had done yesterday. Dr. Moran is very very good, gentle and explained the procedure very well considering his English is not his native language. I was very impressed. I go back for more surgery in three weeks and from yesterday, for an implant in four months.I recommend this doctor. I am a retired Chiropractor noticed his office runs like a finely tuned machine. My experience (under the circumstances of being a dental surgery) was excellent. Be sure to ask your questions so the doctor can explain to you all. He doesn't know what you know - so ask him. There could be a bit more fine tuning of just what is expected of the patient going across the border but it worked out okay without any hitches. No brainer, GO. read more
