I chose Altrincham based on their location and the availability. The clinic responded to me on time, so I had my micro-suction done here. They were rather efficient. Even though the price wasn’t exactly cheap, I think it’s the going rate for this type of treatment, so I couldn’t really fault them on that. I was very impressed when I arrived. There was a lovely reception area and they even offered me a coffee while I waited. Everything was fine. The best part of all was that they managed to get rid of my earache. No follow-ups were necessary in my case. I’ve got no complaints. Everyone was professional and I got the results I wanted.

I have a balance problem and it was addressed by Dr Roy. My balance has nothing to do with my ear and Dr Roy told me that and to sure I had my ear test done there. I liked the doctors straightforward and professional approach very much. Clean and organized

Just had my ears cleaned at the clinic on Ashmore Road at Bundallon the Gold Coast.The appointment was spot on time.Tessa, the lady who cleaned my ears was terrific!!Watching the whole process on a television screen was very interesting.I'll be back. Many thanks.

The doctor was nice and he listened. However he did not find a solution to my problem. I think this is probably because there is no real treatment or cure for tinnitus.Thank you
