Dr. Enoz is an excellent surgeon. We are very satisfied with his dedication and willingness in explaining every detail of the treatment of our father. We are also very satisfied with the result of the treatment. We are very satisfied with the clinic. It was exactly how a contemporary clinic should be. It was perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Also , the equipment they used was state of the art.

sinusitis We went to see Dr Aman. The doctor is good. However, need to improvement the service since I see the doctor for 15 minutes but wait for the medicines for one hour. My marks for friendliness is dedicated to the doctor. Communication marked is for the counter service.

"A true professional in every way"

Dr Kousoulis is an outstanding doctor. He assisted me at a time of need with absolute professional service. I had an ear blockage (from swimming) whilst on vacation from Australia. One would think this is a fairly standard treatment abroad. However, I went from one hospital to another hospital/clinic (as my ear was fully blocked) travelled for 100's of km's, and kept getting referred to someone else. I cannot tell you how frustrating this was. No one was willing to assist in anyway. One hospital even managed to slightly damage my ear drum due to incorrect usage of surgical instruments and I had to stop him!! A real nightmare. Dr Kousoulis took our phone call on a Saturday (when others don't) and made a time to immediately see me in his clinic. Within 15 minutes, the doctor had done all relevant checks, explained the approach he was taking and delicately drained the water from my ear, and I was on my way. A true professional in every way, and I thank Dr Kousoulis for his outstanding assistance. Dr Kousoulis is an outstanding doctor. A true professional in every way.

I had a nose operation last week and am extremely satisfied with the clinic. It was important to me that I was well informed and there was also a German interpreter on site who explained everything to me again in German.

I was referred to Mr Hari with a swollen neck/glands. Whilst Mr Hari could not explain my symptoms at that time, he provided considerable reassurance.An initial ultrasound was then arranged. There were two nodules on my thyroid gland which were not abnormal and a few lymph glands were enlarged. During these tests and consultations, I have been diagnosed with membranous nephropathy. Whilst this cannot be confirmed as the reason for my swollen neck glands it seems to be the only real explanation, perhaps stress related. His personal support through this difficult time has been much appreciated and his care and attention have been considerably better than other consultants I have seen.

Was struggling to get mums ears syringed anywhere but Dr Draper saw her and cleared her ears within days of making the appointment. He also gave her advice regarding her current hearing situation. Mum was certainly pleased with the treatment and cost involved. Seen promptly on arrival too, which under the current situation we are all in, was really not expected.
