I highly recommend NGC clinic. We worked with several fertility clinics in Canada for many years without success but were able to achieve results only at NGC clinic in Russia. They made our dream come true when our healthy baby boy was born as a result of IVF treatments done at NGC in Saint Petersburg.NGC clinic has excellent services for foreign patients. Clinic has a dedicated International department manager, Alexander who was extremely helpful through out entire process and who helped to organize our trip to Russia. Alexander was always available to answer all our questions and made our IVF journey very easy and trouble-free.We worked with Doctor Kornilov who is number one doctor in Russia and who knows all the latest IVF protocols. NGC clinic has top-notch facilities and equipment, and they can perform genetic screening of the embryos which played a key role in our success.We had an exceptional experience with NGC clinic and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality IVF treatment.

We welcomed our healthy, hungry, noisy son on our 1st try with NGC and recommend them highly. We are an Asian (50s)/European (60s) couple with one daughter from a donated egg. When we wanted a sibling for our daughter we turned to NGC in St.-Petersburg.Aleksandr from NGC was very helpful in providing us with information, egg donors, pricing and logistics. He set us up with Dr. Valentina Denisova who gave us an hour of her time and explained and advised us on the medical possibilities, requirements and procedures of the NGC via video conference.With Aleksandr’s help we selected a program with 12 donor eggs and a donor. In coordination with NGC and our Japanese gynecologist we obtained the preparatory fertility medication and did the necessary tests. It turned out to be easier to obtain visitor visas in Germany and Japan to visit St. Petersburg, than to make use of the medical visas offered by NGC. I went to St.-Peterburg first to give my sperm, have it tested and the eggs fertilized. Out of 12 eggs 7 were successful fertilized, frozen and 2 were genetically tested with NGS. That gave us a choice and the necessary confidence of a healthy baby. A few months later my partner was picked up at the airport in St. Petersburg by NGC and taken to her hotel. The next day she went to the nearby modern NGC clinic for tests and the implantation. NGC helped her get the necessary Covid-19 test and also provided her transportation back to the airport. Since we spend time in USA afterwards, Dr. Denisova was very helpful in getting us the prescriptions, which allowed the necessary testing and ultrasounds confirming and monitoring the pregnancy in the US. On our first try, we are now blessed with a beautiful, healthy, hungry, vocal baby boy, who together with our daughter are the center and love of our lives. We are very impressed with and are extremely thankful to the NGC doctors, staff and coordinators, their new facilities, the customer care and coordination and of course our all success! We also thank the donor so much for all the help she provided and hardship she went through to make us happy parents again and we promise we will take the best care of our children and give them all the love we have. I would like to share my experience with NGC, perhaps it will help someone make up their mind. We decided to go with this clinic for our donor egg IVF as for us it was important to have information regarding the donor. Here you could see photos, handwriting, voice, family tree, etc as well as basics like hair and eye colour, etc. Vlada (Manager of International Department) was the first to reach out after my initial email and soon enough Dr Diana (Fertility Specialist) and Ksenia (Fertility Nurse) joined the conversation. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and patiently. Moving forward the 3 key members at NGC was reachable any time and day via email. Response time was probably never more than 1 hour. Everything was well coordinated and clear. I would like to point out though that I had a straight forward situation without any further health complications, other than my low ovarian reserve.When visiting the clinic, the staff were really friendly and professional, everyone involved spoke good English. I felt like I was in good hands and was constantly informed of what was happening. Overall, my husband was at the clinic once when providing his sperm and then I flew in 1,5 months later for my appointment. I stayed only 2 nights in St Petersburg: the night before and the night after the appointment. And here we are with a gorgeous, smart and happy little boy, who is now 6 months old. We would definitely recommend Next Generation Clinic and hopefully, we will also be returning for a little sibling.

NGC was successful in my attempt with a donor embryo and I'm now 20+ wks pregnant. Dr Diana was excellent, she is bilingual and she speaks English too. They have dedicated English speaking staff to support foreign clients through their journey. Russian clinics offer more flexibility in treatment choice options than the UK or Australian clinics. It's a little more logistics to organise getting there with flights and visas, but a well-planned person can do it easily for the big money savings gained vs UK/Aus/USA price tags. I can highly recommend NGC St Petersburg after my own personal treatment there.

Firstly I would like to thank Alex and Dr Valentina for the level of care and compassion shown to me throughout our IVF journey. The communication and response time was second to none. Replies within the hour! Nothing was ever too much trouble. Alex was extremely helpful outside of clinic enquiries, guiding us around the city, taxis, restaurant recommendations, hotel, currency exchange etc…. Alex went above and beyond his job role. Dr Valentina was very reassuring when I become anxious or I had any sort of worries/concerns, she always put me at ease answering any questions I may of had. The clinic facilities are very state-of-the-art. Clean, modern just as you see in the pictures on their website. I am currently pregnant with my first frozen transfer. I will be eternally grateful to the team at next generation clinic.

I had an excellent experience with NGC Clinic. From the initial communication with Dr. Diana and Alex to my arrival at the airport — everything was perfectly organised. Despite arriving at midnight, I was warmly welcomed and taken care of immediately.At the clinic, I never had to wait for an appointment. The atmosphere was calm, private, and very well-structured. Dr. Diana is a true professional — attentive, kind, and highly experienced. We chose this clinic for egg donation treatment among others for Internet reviews, and it was the best choice of my life. I had had a previous bad experience with another clinic in St Petersburg that I had chosen because they had very good marketing and had a lot of presence on the Internet. After months spent in choosing a donor, we had the interview with the woman doctor who lead the clinic and it did not end up well because she considered we did too many questions and had too many doubts and that I was not ready for egg donation. I did normal questions about embryo tests that we thought we needed to do, because of my husband age, or questions about the process. They tried to convince us that PGT is not needed with donors but that is not true as it has been lately published that man age also affects the genes of the new born and thus the embryo. We anyways said ok, no tests, because we wanted so badly a baby, but she just closed the door for us. I begged but she told me NO, she felt bothered with my questions. I was lost because I thought it was the only clinic available. I then started a deeper search and saw Next Generation on a web site. I wrote them and we had an interview with doctor Diana Lobzeva. She answered our one million questions with all the kindness in the world and told us to get her back any time for any doubt. Then I started writing mails with Alex, the International Department Manager, who was extremely patient with me, he helped us with every question in choosing the donor, always so nice and so fast in response. And this was again months, always with lovely attitude. All this without asking for any money. We travelled from Spain first with my husband and then alone. We did an egg donation treatment as I was over 46, and once decision was made, Alex helped us with logistics, making the travel easy and lovely. Once there we were treated really nicely, and the clinic was fantastic. All are extremely new and clean. Really serious professionals. We did some treatments before in Spain, which is very good in fertility field, and I can say this was as good or better than best clinic in Spain. We met doctor Diana, and our nurse Ksenia. They were amazing. All the process was easy. They did analytics and interview. We then went home to Spain and then I came back. This time I spent more time with Dr Diana, and she is an extraordinary doctor and a lovely human being. I had a personal assistant called Denis, all the time solving any doubt. I thank him so much. This first try was a failure but I had problems myself back at home, an allergic reaction, and also got sick with stomach problems so I will never know what the problem was. But second time I went it was a success ❤️ I have now a beautiful lovely angel. They helped me even in remote during the pregnancy with whichever doubt I had. They have supported us from beginning to end. And we will always be extremely grateful to Dr Diana, Alex and all of them, even the sweet girls in the reception desk. They made this long journey a wonderful one. Thank you always🤗🤗🤗
