I attended this clinic a few months ago for the first time and I have been attending here since. I was so surprised at the level of professionalism and the care the Doctors and staff have for patients it's just exceptional.My GP is Dr Maria Lopez Perez and she is the nicest most carrying doctor I have even met and the attention to detail is second to none. Great doctor and a great person.I also bumped into the owner of the clinic while waiting for my appointment I believe his name is Doctor Peter and gave up his time to say hello and had a small chat with him. He's a very nice to speak to and makes me feel so welcome. All the other staff, sorry I don't know all the names but the are so helpful and will go above and beyond for you and always have a smile on their face which is so refreshing. Best clinic I have ever attended and definitely the best people. Your in really good hands.

It was perfect for me as it was open before work at 7am - managed to speak to the Dr about a few things and also got a smear and STI test done. However I have not recieved my results yet and I have emailed twice. The price was correct.

I would like to say a big Thank you to Dr. Eman Ali from Custom house medical. She is not only an amazing professional with a lot of knowledge but also lovely and easy to speak with. She helped me in the diagnosis of a serious health condition and because of her knowledge and care, I am now in good health. It is very rare to find a doctor that combines such care for a patient with outstanding knowledge and quality of medical care. I highly recommend her and the entire team from this clinic, they are all amazing.

Dr. Ines Rodriguez was lovely. I was visiting Dublin from the US and became ill. Dr. Rodriguez was knowledgeable, diligent, and compassionate. She followed up the following day and on receipt of my test results. This was better service than I receive from my own GP at home.

Blood Test, GP Consultation

I have just started my treatment, one for the depression and it's only been three days since I've started taking the medication and I can already see some changes, which is good. I had to do a blood test to check other problem I have and I'm still waiting to get the results, I'll contact the doctor tomorrow and we'll see what he has to say.

I visited for a follow up appointment 5 days after my first one due to gynecological problems and possible infection. Symptoms had remained and worsened hence why I wanted the follow up appointment. Poor. Called twice and emailed doctor twice before getting a response about a follow up appointment, which I did manage to get, and was charged an additional €40 for, I know there is usually a follow up charge but 5 days later with the same symptoms, forty seems like a lot. The doctor didn't explain much to me, no more advice than to see a specialist and take painkillers, seems like a very easy 40, left more upset than I was going in.
