I attended Doctor Torun Clinic and had a checkup. I had a Blood Test and Doctor Torun phoned me with the results and explained them to me. GP Consultation + Blood test, following a period of prolonged weaknesses. I found doctor McCarthy to be both really professional and empathetic at the same time. I didn't feel rushed, I felt listened to. She went in depth with her investigation and I felt the consultation was both complete and time-efficient. She provided me with a satisfactory report when the tests came back. The studio is clean, which is very important to me, and centrally located. I know some people had problems with the receptionist, but there are different ones. The ones I interacted with were really nice to me, and answered emails in a time-efficient way.Why I don't give an excellent rating? Because regarding the follow up call with the doctor, I had to proactively email the studio to remind about it. Also, on the second follow up call, which I also reminded, the doctor told me that the lab didn't give back the last test we were supposed to have. We agreed not to proceed on that, 'cause it would have implied another blood test. However, how come than the lab could not give back a test? Mystery.It is fine, and I still would come back as it is relatively the best service I have received given the Dr. McCarthy approach. However, I would suggest the studio to be just a bit more proactive on the follow up call, and maybe re-evaluate their collaboration with the lab. read more

The receptionist was not friendly at all!! I waited for an hour, although I had an appointment. The doctor saw my baby for less than 5 minutes! And she didn't take her weight and height, although I asked her to do so. She told me when I come next she will do it! But of course after this bad treatment I didn't go back. The price is very high. and the place has steps, so it was very difficult for me to carry the buggy. read more

It went well as I just wanted to register my child and did a check up examination

Staff are polite, Doctors have all changed here recently and appointments are rarely on schedule, have been left waiting for over an hour at times and have walked out after being left too long. When you're allergic to medication it should be clearly marked on your file to prevent being offered it!! read more

hemorrhoid I went here for my haemorrhoids treatment. The one important thing while going through this is being calm and patient. The doctor was not only rude, but also very careless while he spoke. He actually frightened me more than I was earlier. Would definitely not recommend this clinic.Also please take proper change. They don't accept cards. My fee was 50 euros and I had to go out to get the change since I had 60 euros. read more
