From first contact by e-mail and a follow up phone call with Rachel at Sameday Doctor, I received professional guidance throughout. The suite of offices are modern and clean and I was immediately put at ease with Rachel's friendly attitude. I had a thorough health check up following my concerns regarding breathlessness. Dr Fletcher asked relevant questions and explained why he was requesting a full set of blood tests, including one for potential heart failure. A chest x-ray was also organised. The doctor advised me all the way on what was being looked at and when/how I would receive my results. I found the experience less worrying than anticipated.
