I went with my father to have a blood test done at this clinic. We chose them because they’re close by, and we were able to get the test done immediately on site instead of them sending the samples away. We needed the results quickly, and Ultima delivered. I was very impressed with the staff, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. We paid the price we saw on the website. What I loved most about the entire experience at this clinic, was how comfortable the staff made my dad feel. The blood test was for my elderly father and he was quite anxious to have the results. From first contact by e-mail and a follow up phone call with Rachel at Sameday Doctor, I received professional guidance throughout. The suite of offices are modern and clean and I was immediately put at ease with Rachel's friendly attitude. I had a thorough health check up following my concerns regarding breathlessness. Dr Fletcher asked relevant questions and explained why he was requesting a full set of blood tests, including one for potential heart failure. A chest x-ray was also organised. The doctor advised me all the way on what was being looked at and when/how I would receive my results. I found the experience less worrying than anticipated.
